1 Ten Years On The year of 2014 is the the 10-th year since I joined the Computer Vision Group of ANU/NICTA; it also marks the 10th year that I have entred (and been working in) the field of comptuer vision, thanks to my academic supervisor Professor Hartley who introduced me to this research field. In 2004, Richard suggested me to attend the ECCV-2004, desipite that I did not have any paper in the conference. The ECCV 04 is in fact the very first international conference in computer vision that I attended, which had effectively and significantly stimulated my research interest in computer vision. ( Before that, I thought my reearch career was in signal processing or telecommunication). In the past ten years, I have published about 100 original research papers.
