1 Management Board statistics - commentary January Quarter 3 FOI Highest ever Q3 receipts matched by record closures. Very low front end caseloads. Taking longer to close cases. DP 13% more referrals but a decrease in the percentage of cases where compliance with DP was unlikely. Helpline 23% increase in calls received so far this year.
