1 CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL CLUB OF CANADA NATIONAL SPECIALTY August 31, 2013 Judge: Brian Rix, Ricksbury Cavaliers, UK I just want to start by saying this appointment could not have been better timed for me personally, having suffered a house flood. It was just lovely to get away from it all, and to be afforded such wonderful hospitality throughout my stay. So, to the Officers and Committee please accept my appreciation.
