1 Maitland District Motorcycle Club Presents the Maitland Classic FINAL INSTRUCTIONS On behalf of Maitland District Motorcycle Club, I would like to thank you for your entry to 2014 Maitland Classic to be held on Sunday, 25 May 2014 at Bob Robinson Park, 60 Kyle St, Rutherford. All riding numbers are as stated on your entry form, unless you have been contacted by the Race Secretary to change you number. Please make sure your National Race Licence is current for this event. All juniors must present their Licence and logbook at sign on. These can be collected at the end of the day after the rider has finished racing. Riders and/or parents will sign to say they will be in attendance at riders briefing and a random rider roll call will be done. All riders and parents/guardians must be present at riders briefing. If your name is called out and you are not present you will not be allowed to complete. You need to present your bike and helmet (and armour if you are a junior) at scrutineering. If you have a practice or second bike, this will also need to be scrutineered. Also, a reminder that, any change of bike needs to be approved by the Clerk of Course 10 min prior to practice or racing. The following classes will be combined but scored separately: yrs 85cc and 14-U16 yrs 85cc Pro Open and C Grade Open Over 35 s and Women

Insurance for this event is for Capital Benefits only (Details of benefits are outlined in the 2009 Manual of Motorcycle Sport). It is required that all riders carry ambulance cover. NB: IF PARENT/GUARDIAN NOT IN ATTENDANCE AT RACE MEETING GUARDIANSHIP FORM MUST BE PRESENTED TO RACE SECRETARY PRIOR TO COMPETITION. TIMETABLE: Meeting commencing 6.45am Sign on & Scrutineering 6.45am to 8:15 am Riders Briefing: Immediately after scrutineering Practice: Immediately after riders briefing Racing: Immediately after practice Canteen will be available from 7.00am, also the Hoping Bean Coffee Machine coffee van will be set up in the car park from 6.30am serving great coffee & delicious smoothies.
