1 Activity 1 Fetch Duration 5 mins All players with a ball, bring the ball to the coach who then tosses or passes the ball away and the players are to bring it back to the coach Progression, use different body parts, example, hands, head, knees, back of feet, elbows for coordination Activity 2 Red Light, Green Light Duration 5 mins Players dribble the ball around freely using their feet. When coach says Red Light players need to stop the ball, Green Light they dribble again. Activity 3 Mickeys Roadster Racers Duration 5 mins Same as previous except now you add the following commands: Pump Gas- All Players perform toe touches on the ball Wash the Windshield- All players perform Foundations(tick-tocks) pass between feet with ball Red Light- Stop Ball Green Light- Go Reverse- players must pull ball backwards with their feet, encourages creative thinking Play

2 Activity 1 Free Dribble Duration 5 mins All Players with a ball dribbling inside a defined area, or half of our home field. Encourage use of both feet and finding space away from others. Activity 2 Tag Duration 5 mins All players dribbling their soccer ball around while trying to touch as many of the other players as possible on the shoulder, can not abandon their own ball though. Activity 3 Frozen Duration 5 mins All players dribble their ball around, one player is "Elsa or Olaf. They try to tag as many players as possible, while dribbling their soccer ball. Once tagged you are frozen and must pick soccer ball and hold it with both hands over your head. Someone who is not frozen can tag the frozen players to unfreeze them. Activity 4 Game - 4v4 Duration-25 mins

3 Activity 1 Kick the Coach Duration 5 mins All players with a ball at their feet, coach is moving throughout area, avoiding players and trying to avoid being hit with the ball. The players try to kick the ball at the coach in hopes of hitting him/her. Activity 2 Hit the Deck Duration 5 mins All players dribbling their ball around, on coach s call "Hit the Deck" they are to stop their ball, with the feet not their hands. Lay down next to the ball, on coachs command back up and dribbling again. Activity 3 Kangaroo Jack Duration 5 mins All players with a ball except 2, they are the "kangaroos". Players dribble around trying to avoid the Kangaroos, if a Kangaroo touches you, then you put your ball out and become a Kangaroo as well.

4 Activity 1 Coach Says Duration 5 mins Like Simon Says but Coach Says. Give commands and have the players execute them, but also paying attention and to only do the commands that start with Coach Says: Coach Says do ball touches Coach Says do tick tocks Coach says sit down Coach says dribble with your head Activity 2 Hospital Tag Duration 5 mins Players dribble around, 1 player without a ball tries to touch players on shoulders, if touched players are to place a hand over that shoulder, tagged a 2nd time, place other hand on shoulder, after 3rd time must see coach"dr" to get healed and move freely again. Activity 3 Shrek Duration 5 mins All players with a ball except 2, Shrek! Players without a ball are trying to tag those with a ball on the shoulder, if tagged you are to go to the castle and stay there until someone not in the caste touch and release you or if the coach releases players. Activity 4 Game - 4v4 Duration - 25 mins

Coach to talk like a Pirate and give commands: Swap the Deck=tick tocks (foundations), pass ball back and forth between feet Hoist the Flag= Toe Touches Find Treassure= Score a Goal Seagulls or protect your treassure= lay on soccer ball Set Sail= dribble around Activity 3 Cops N Robbers Duration 5 mins Set up 6-10 tall cones throughout field, all players with a ball, robbers, except 2 players without, cops. The robbers dribble around trying to knock cones down while cops have to go and set the cones back up, see if robbers can knock all cones down.

6 Activity 1 Musical Balls Duration 8 mins All players dribbling their balls around, on coaches command stop ball, and go and dribble someone else ball around: On command all players top ball and sit down, then stand up and dribble ball around Activity 2 British Bulldogs Duration 8 mins All players dribbling balls, coaches are the "bulldogs". Players are to avoid bulldogs, bulldogs are to kick the players ball out of area, if ball is played out then player becomes a bulldog as well and tries to play others balls out. To make more fun, have the kids act like dogs and coaches can even bark and growl Activity 3 Frozen All players with a ball, 1 player is "Elsa" or Olaf. When a player is frozen,they put foot on ball and can get unfrozen when the coach comes and tags them on the shoulder

Cops are to pass ball and hit players below the knee with the ball, if caught they are to get their ball and become a cop.
