1 Volleyball Volleyball -5 people on a team with at least 1 girl -5 on 5 Competition. -20 minute games. -First to 15 wins the game -Report to the courts 2 minutes before game time. -Volley for the rights of first possession. -Each team must rotate clockwise. You can set up your formation any way you would like but you must rotate. -The server must be behind the back right hand side line to serve the ball. -If the ball hits the line then the ball is in. Please be honest. -You cannot spike or block on a serve. -A player cannot touch the net when blocking or Spiking. -3 hits per side. -You must win by two points.

2 Ultimate Frisbee Ultimate -At least 5 players -There can be all girls and all guys if you want -First team to 7-20 Minute time limit -Win by 2 -Flip a coin to see who has possession first -Whoever lost the coin toss will start the game by throwing the Frisbee to the team that won the coin toss (they will throw it from the end zone) -The team that won first possession will catch the Frisbee -Once you catch the Frisbee, you can not move -The only way to advance the Frisbee down the field is by throwing it to a teammate -If the Frisbee is dropped, the opposite team picks it up and it is now their possession -To score, player must catch Frisbee in the end zone -While playing defense on the player that has the Frisbee, you have to give them space to throw the Frisbee -If frisbee goes out of bounds, you switch possession

3 Basketball Basketball -5 people on a team/at least 1 girl -5 on 5-20 Minute games -Going to 10 points. -Report to the courts 2 minutes before game time. -Coin Flip to determine who gets possession choice. -The game starts by checking the ball at the top of the key. -All out of bounds plays are taken out at the top of the key. -Defense calls all fouls or violations. Please have some integrity. -If a foul is called then you just take it out at the top of the key. -You have to Win by 2 points. -You can substitute during any stoppage of play. -If the score becomes 7 to 0 then the game is over. 7-0 Skunk. -If the offensive team shoots the ball and the ball hits the rim, then the defense must take the ball back at least 10 feet.

4 FOOTBALL Football -7 people (5 Minimum) at least 1 girl -5 people play at a time/5 on 5-30 Minute games -2 hand touch -Win by 2 forfeit that game. -Report to the field 2 minutes before game time. -Coin Flip to determine who gets possession choice. If you win the coin flip you can decide if you want the ball first or you want to go on defense first. -Each team gets 5 possessions to score unless the game is mathematically out of reach. For Example Home team has a possession then the visiting team has a possession. The teams alternate possessions. -Each team starts their possession at the defensive 5 yard line. The offense will always go in the same direction. -You have four downs to score (hard Four). If you complete 4 passes during the 4 downs you will have a first down. That is the only way to get a first down. Running plays do not count as a pass. -The quarterback cannot run unless he is rushed. -The down starts by hiking the ball. -The defense has one rush per four downs. There is also 7 Mississippi rush, which must be counted out loud. -The Defense calls all Penalties. Each Penalty on defense is a Spot foul and the down stays the same. Each Penalty on Offense is a loss of down and the next down starts where the previous one did. -If the ball is intercepted and the defense scores, that is there possession and the next possession starts. If the ball is intercepted and the defense does not score, then the defense starts their next possession on offense. -A safety is a lose of possession. -A fumble is a dead ball where the person lost the ball. -If the game has to go into overtime then each team has 3 downs to score as many times as possible from the offensive 5 yard line.

5 Ping Pong Ping Pong - One on One Competition. -There is a girls Bracket and a guys Bracket -20 Minute games. -Going to 21. Switching serves every 5 serves. -If you don t show up within 3 minutes of game time you -The game starts off with P-I-N-G. If you miss up on Ping then the opposing person gets to serve first. -You alternate people serving every 5 serves. -The whole table is in play. -If the ball hits the net on the serve you lost that point. -You must win by 2 points. -When someone has one point until they win, the other person serves. -One bounce per side. You don t have to let it bounce if you choose not to. -The ball must bounce one time on the server s side when serving.
