Suspension: Two games (please refer to the Discpline policy section 21.4 regarding the definition of a game for discipline purposes). Requests for non-league games to be counted towards suspensions: Barry Bonnell of Burnaby Lake RFC requested that the Cloverdale Rodeo 7 s and the United Midnight 7 s be counted towards his current suspension. The Discipline Committee does not grant this request but will count the first two games in the BC Rugby 7 s series towards his suspension specifically the Vancouver 7 s (June 22) and the BLRC Lighthouse 7 s (July 27). Mr Bonnell would be eligible to play again for the Abbotsford 7 s (Aug 3). Ryan Shams of Richmond RFC requested that the Vancouver 7 s be counted towards his current suspension. The Discipline Committee granted this request. (already served) Doug Middleton of Castaway Wanderers was ejected from the April 6, 2013 CDI Premier league game against Bayside for contravening law 10.4(k) and 10.4(m) by referee David Smortchevsky. (1 game already served) Jonathon Fry of Bayside was ejected from the April 6, 2013 CDI Premier league game against Castaway Wanderers RFC for contravening law 10.4(k) and 10.4(m) by referee David Smortchevsky. (1 game already served) S Powell of CW was ejected from the March 23, 2013 CDI Premier Division league game against Capilano RFC for a dangerous play by referee Drew Sagar based on information from AR Scott Johnson. Thomas Elliott of Seattle player from March 16, 2013 Okanagan Springs Division 1 game against Vancouver Rowing Club for dangerous Tackle. 3 Andrew Baker of Kats RFC (originally identified just as #15 who was listed as Ross MacDonald from game day roster but actually #15 jersey worn was Andrew Baker) waiting Red card reports for stomping. Nathan Rees of Capilano RFC, reported to have 3 yellow cards in the same season. NO Sanctions. It was determined that Mr. Rees was given one yellow card for another player s offense. Mr. Rees yellow card count is adjusted to 2 yellow cards received for the season. The yellow card has been assigned to the correct player as per the video evidence. Cam Knowles of Richmond was ejected from the March 09, 2013 Ceili Cup League game against Vancouver Rowing Club RFC by referee Jivan Dhaliwal for a dangerous tackle. (2 games for the offence less one for mitigating circumstances but then DOUBLED as player is still on probation). Josh Schreiber of the Vancouver Rowing Club was ejected from the March 09, 2013 Ceili Cup League game against Richmond RFC by referee Jivan Dhaliwal for a dangerous tackle. (2 games for offence less one for mitigating circumstances) Isimaeli Sigarua of Bayside received two yellow cards during the March 16, 2013 CDI Premier game against Capilano RFC by referee Patrick Allard and is require to appear before the BC Rugby Discipline Committee. One yellow card was issued for punching while in a tackle and the 2nd one was for a late, dangerous tackle (no wrap). Glen McKinnon of Capilano for receiving 3 Yellow Cards within the season.
