1 RUGBY ONTARIO OPERATIONS MANUAL (ROOM) BRIDGING DOCUMENT (February 2018) This document is designed to assist members by highlighting the main changes from the 2017 version to the 2018 version of the Rugby Ontario Operations Manual (ROOM). However, members are still advised to read the revised ROOM in its entirety to familiarize themselves with all the content and their rights and responsibilities.
