The Teambuilding Regatta is a tool of motivation and training, developed by Business Yachtclub Barcelona in collaboration with high-profile coachers. The methodology is based on "learning by doing", combining indoor sessions with sailing activities. Sailing means teamwork, effective communication, decisionmaking, focus on objectives and, of course, motivation. The personalized briefing at your conference room or in front of the sailing boats, provides insights into the basics of racing and the features of the sailing boats. The briefing also includes different metaphors to highlight the similarities between sailing and the business environment, as well as the importance of working as a team. The celebration for the winning team adds a unique touch to your event. Our high-performance sailing boats are ideal for novice sailors as well as experts. Highest participation is guaranteed. No previous experience needed. Duration: 3 hours, morning or afternoon Participants: from 8 PAX up to groups of 250 PAX Where: Barcelona. Port Oimpic Program - Arrival of clients, meeting point in front of the sailing boats Welcome briefing, team building, weather forecast and technical regatta briefing, formation of groups and introduction to skipper, security briefing and then leaving port. - Changing-rooms and showers are available for clients. - The regattas take place on windward leeward circuits. We'll do a minimum of 3 races. Objective: maximum participation - Returning to port. Celebration of the winning team with white sparkling wine served in crystal glasses for all participants. 8 Sailing Tour Enjoy Barcelona from the Sea An ideal activity for small and large groups for sunbathing and enjoying a special moment together. Business Yachtclub offers sailing activities of 3 hours from the center of Barcelona on a private, skippered sailing boat. You will enjoy Barcelona from the most exclusive viewpoint while sailing in the wind, and you can pilot the boat and participate in all the tasks. This is an unforgettable experience! Duration: 3 hours, morning, afternoon or evenings Participants: from 7 PAX up to groups of 250 PAX Where: Barcelona. Port Olimpic Program Arrival of clients - Welcome briefing, skipper presentation and embark on sailing boats. - During the sailing tour, our clients will enjoy the sightseeing highlights of Barcelona from the sea: Sagrada Familia, Tibidabo, the beaches and all Barcelona skyline. - White sparkling wine onboard for all participants. - Possibility of steering the sailing boat or simply relaxing, sunbathing and swimming. - Return to port.

General Conditions PAYMENT CONDITIONS We accept payments made by bank transfer. All events must be paid for in advance, 50% upon booking and 50% 2 weeks prior to the event.

If this is not possible, full refund will be given.

10 General Conditions PAYMENT CONDITIONS We accept payments made by bank transfer. All events must be paid for in advance, 50% upon booking and 50% 2 weeks prior to the event. CANCELLATION POLICIES Should an event be cancelled by Business Yachtclub Barcelona due to unsuitable weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstance, we will reschedule the event. If this is not possible, full refund will be given. Cancellations made by the client up to 24 hours after the payment has been made, will be refunded in full except when the date of cancellation is within 5 working days of the actual booked activity date. Cancellation fees are as follows. Cancellations made up to: 1 week before any activity is subject to a 100% Cancellation fee 2 weeks before any activity are subject to a 50% Cancellation fee 30 days before any activity are subject to a 15% Cancellation fee Clients are asked to verify these terms at the time of booking.
