2 in America. The strong, flowing, handsome lines are those of a Modern Luxury Yacht that seemingly takes flight underway, in mile covering performance and comfort. The outside spaces flow from one to another - from the swim platform to the welcoming large, covered cockpit. A full walk around with proper side decks and huge fore deck with bow pads. Forward on the bow you will not trip over anchor chains or your windlass as they are neatly encapsulated in a anchor management area. The concealed anchor and windlass makes for easy cleaning and good use of space on deck. You may choose from an exterior fiberglass staircase that leads you up to the flybridge, or go up from the salon. The salon steps are up a beautiful glass and stainless steel spiral staircase. The party can all move to the upstairs and enjoy the illuminated wet bar, while the captain can operate the vessel from the neighboring area. The extended and enclosed flybridge lounge includes a huge table for 8 and seating that is abundant inside the covered area and outside on the balcony as well. The inside space invites, engages as you give yourself up to the feeling of bright, extended, open space on one deck level - no hard separations, just defined areas of living that flow each into the next in an intimate luxury of refined, subtly contrasting finishes. The name F.R. is reserved for the previous owner Accommodations Accommodations Down broad spiral stairs, to starboard of the lower helm, to the accommodations foyer. Towards aft is the master stateroom, forward is the VIP stateroom, and to port is the third guest stateroom. Each with private heads with separate shower stalls. The Master Suite is located just aft of the foyer, and expands the full beam of the yacht, featuring a king-size walk-around bed, custom mattress, a love seat to starboard with built in desk and dresser, a walk-in closet with full sized laundry, lockers and shelves, TV, night tables with lamps, ceiling lights on dimmers, portlights, and designer bedding. The Master Head, located after the stateroom, is also the full beam of the yacht and has the optional feature of his and her heads and basins. These are separated by a large tub and shower stall, with multiple shower heads, access from both sides, with privacy glass. And the recently added water maker means no need to ration hot showers! Forward is the VIP Stateroom with an island queen berth, storage in port and starboard hanging lockers, overhead hatch, port lights, ceiling lights on dimmers, and reading lights. Guest Stateroom to port has two single berths, port light, hanging locker, cabinets, and reading lights. The separate Crew Quarters, accessed aft, has a single bunk, and private head with shower, storage for crew and yacht spares, and access to the engine room. Moving forward, to port is the galley, with dining table for six to starboard, separated by curved stairs to the flybridge. The stairs are heavy acrylic, with open risers, lending to the openness of the layout all on one level; salon, through to galley, dining area, and pilothouse. Galley Galley

3 The galley, to port and forward of the salon, is compact, and fully equipped, and its intelligent arrangement provides ample working space to prepare any meal. The storage space is also impressive. The watertight door to starboard decks give access to the foredeck, and quick access to view a dock while coming alongside. Flybridge Flybridge The flybridge is accessed via stairs from the cockpit, or from the salon through a sliding glass door. An enviable space with a factory fibreglass hard top with full enclosure, ceiling lights and clear removable panels all around, increasing the livable space on board in all weather. L-shaped settee to starboard with dinette, and a sun deck extended aft, surrounded by stainless steel safety railing. Wet bar to starboard with accent lighting, microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, Dickenson BBQ.
