Under deck on rudder shaft (optional) The coach roof and cockpit are made of foam sandwich carbon/e-glass epoxy construction. The sides of the coach roof are made of tinted polycarbonate. The top of the coach roof is covered with teak and a teak covered hatch. The cockpit coaming will be fitted with a solid teak cap rail. The cockpit is self-draining with integrated seats. Keel and Rudder Electrical installation The keel is made of a steel fin with a bolted cast lead bulb. The top of the fin is recessed into the hull laminate. Keel fin should be easily removable for trailering. The rudder blade is a monocoque foam/glass construction with stainless steel rudderstock. STEERING INSTALLATION The rudder will be installed with self-aligning JP3 top and bottom bearings. The tiller will be a wood/carbon laminated construction. The tiller will be fitted with a joystick for steering from the side deck. Optionally an autopilot drive can be installed. Hull construction ENGINE INSTALLATION The hull is constructed using a foam sandwich carbon/e-glass epoxy combination. The hull is fitted with watertight compartments fore and aft. The standard engine is an Oceanvolt E-Drive Permanent Magnet Electrical Engine with a nominal power of 6,0kW. Deck Engine and throttle control The deck is a sandwich carbon/e-glass construction covered with a teak deck. In way of all deck equipment the core will be replaced by high density core material. Single throttle control system in the cockpit. Engine control panel is fitted at an unobtrusive location in the cockpit. 4 ANCHOR 24V DC distribution system Aluminum Fortress anchor o.e. Anchor line fairlead can be fitted on the bowsprit as an option. The 12V DC system consists of the following items: Distribution panel. All tubing to be according to CE regulations. GALLEY (optional) As an option a small galley can be installed in the cabin with a sink and a two burner origo alcohol stove with cold running water. Water pressure by means of a 24V water pump. Water tank of total 50 ltr. There will be a Usb socket in the cabin. FIRE FIGHTING INSTALLATION All navigation lights to be LOPOLIGHT 24V LED lights 1x bow light in red/green 1x steam light 1x stern light 2x spreader light 1x tri-color masthead light with anchor light One fire extinguisher of approved type and make will be delivered with the yacht. VENTILATION Navigation lights (optional) The interior is vented through a grille in the washboard. The water tank (optional) will be filled via a cap in the deck. COOLING SYSTEM (optional) One or two ice drawers can be installed in a dedicated locker as an option. It will run on battery power. Power plug(s) will be installed in the locker. 24 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM General The electrical system is based on a state of the art Victron system charging the 48V DC propulsion Victron battery bank. The battery system will be charged through the shore power system. 5 AUDIO SYSTEM (optional) Cap rail and Bulwark Fusion 700 series entertainment system in the saloon with: 2 speakers in the quarters 2 speakers in the cockpit Cockpit coamings and Bulwark top with teak. INTERIOR All interior composite surfaces such as the hull and all bulkheads will be coated in an epoxy coating in a color of choice. All interior bunks are fitted with cushions. Fabric can be chosen from the Sunbrella catalogue. Winches Two Harken winches, self-tailing. (Electrical winches as option) Qnt Function Position Type INTERIOR WOODLINE PACKAGE 2 Jib sheet As an option a woodline interior is available. This optional interior will be made of panels that are wood veneered to the owners choice. There is a choice for various kinds of wood. (teak, mahogany, western red cedar, yellow cedar and Sitka spruce). The vertical inside hull surfaces will be covered with Sitka spruce strips in clear varnish or with white wash wood strips. (Leather as option) On both sides of the interior next to the mast there are small lockers. On port side this locker can be opened to have access to the toilet. On starboard side it is a locker that can be altered to the optional galley. The floor is made of plywood with teak veneer. The styling of the wood interior details is classic to Doomernik standards. There are cushions on the seats and mattresses in the bow. Fabric can be chosen from the Sunbrella cataloque. Electric rewind Harken winches as option There is a manual operated toilet installed. ( electric is option) The toilet is connected to a black water storage tank system but can also drain directly outboard. Two turning block on the side deck with lead blocks to the winches. EXTERIOR Gennaker pole system Teak decks Bowsprit is partly retractable. Adjustment from the side deck next to the cockpit The teak deck (First Class, seasoned teak wood, quarter sawn) epoxy glued directly onto the sandwich deck. Deck strakes run parallel to the bulwark. Centre line strake to be formed as a king plank where strakes nib into. Strakes are 48x5 mm glued with epoxy. Caulking in black or grey. The cockpit floor and seats are covered with teak strakes. The coach roof is covered with teak strakes, transparent sides and clear varnished carbon corners. Custom built teak companionway hatch. All deck hatches are flush Seasmart brand, the foredeck hatch above the bed can be covered with tinted polycarbonate as option. Horizontally split Polycarbonate washboards with louvered ventilation openings. Trim lines All trim lines to be lead under deck to stoppers in the side decks next to the cockpit. PAINTWORK General The boats will be built in epoxy sandwich system to Doomernik standards. Hull: inside Inside of the hull including all construction parts, bulkheads and ceiling will be painted with epoxy coating. Further painting: - 1 waterline in dark blue - 1 name of ship on transom basic styling ( gold leaf as option) Deck and cockpit All parts that are not covered with teak, are painted in a color of choice. (Metallic as option) SPARS Mast Hall Spars Mast with 2 sets of spreaders. I = approx m and total mast length is approx m. Mast will be made of carbon-fiber with clear coat finish.
