1 FRIGOFLE is an innovative system designed for the conveyance of R14, R404, R407, R410 refrigerant gases and other specific fluids. This system consists of a flexible multilayered polymeric pipe and a series of high pressure, easy to assemble press fittings. Frigoflex can also be supplied with the EUROBATE R closed-cell, flexible elastomeric foam covering.

4 S Y S T E M F E AT U R E S FRIGOFLE is produced in a wide range of diameters and lengths, and with an operating temperature range from -40 to +10 C. FRIGOFLE meets all the UNI EN European Standard requirements. The system has a burst pressure rating of over 0 bar and a safety factor of 4:1. FRIGOFLE is manufactured with inert polymers that do not decay over time. Its molecular structure guarantees a dispersion level of almost zero, avoiding refilling problems. FRIGOFLE is extremely flexible, allowing it to follow any designed route. The system also absorbs vibrations caused by building settlement, earth tremors and those generated by large moving vehicles. FRIGOFLE is a thermoelectric insulator and does not transmit stray currents. FRIGOFLE can be supplied pre-insulated with a mm thick EUROBATE R covering (white or black in colour), helping to avoid the formation of condensation and thermal loss and ensuring greater stability of the system over long periods of time. This system is shock resistant and crush-proof with a breaking strength considerably greater than most traditional products, does not require flare fittings or welding and is quick and easy to install. FRIGOFLE is supplied ready for installation and does not require any additional cleaning operations. The system is available as coils in lengths of, and m (the pre-insulated version is supplied in a length of m). FRIGOFLE is subjected to stringent tests during production to guarantee a high level of quality and is a valid alternative to traditional metal piping.
