Norfolk Marine Ltd is a registered diving contractor and work closely with the Health & Safety Authority (HSA) in Ireland and the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) in the UK. We are full members of the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC) and are certified to carry out diving services to both Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. 3 Inspections: DIGITAL PHOTO INSPECTION: For a fast and efficient UWI, I2P and NM s team is skilled to work with high technology digital cameras in order to assure excellent high definition pictures. The reports are carefully made by professionals in order to supply the most efficient view of general hull conditions. This procedure is fast and efficient, considering that all equipment can be transported by air. IWS VIDEO RECORDING: Considering I2P and NM as a Diving Company certified by all Class Societies to perform the most detailed inspections for many purposes, such as In lieau of drydocking, this process can be witnessed by Captain of any other customer s representative. This procedure is more detailed, however efficient considering that results can be forwarded by USB card immediately and uploaded in our Cloud System to be available for fast download and access from Customers and Class Societies.

4 With equipments projected and developed to attend the West African sea water conditions, where are subject to currents, swell and the most hard conditions of work, the Norfolk and I2P team composed by Engineers, Welders, Mechanic and mainly Hydraulic technician, achieving an efficient and paint safe hull cleaning equipment. The system is small and easily to be transported for any West African area. Together with Hull Cleaning the propeller polishing is highly suggested for an efficient sailing, avoiding the excessive fuel consumption and speeding the voyage.

5 HOLDS CLEANING WORK SCOPE Washing with sea water (via vessel's fire line), or using fresh water, depending on availability on board. Applying chemicals supplied by Norfolk Marine HIGH FOAM 100 Lt in normal condition as per our long experience and following instructions from Unitor. Case we feel necessary we are equipped with long aluminum brushes and high pressure machine to achieve a better result. Finally re washing with fresh water. All consuming elements including fresh water (100MT) and compressed air shall be supplied by vessel, as well as the facilities to place equipment on / off vessel. Time estimated for washing each hold as per steps above 06 hours or less. Vessel must follow MARPOL rules to throw overboard the dirty water caused by hold cleaning (coal residues).
