2 INTRODUTION Hannay s Triad Rescue Reels come to the rescue in emergency situations. In rescue operations your response speed can save lives because a few seconds lost can make all the difference. With Hannay s Triad Rescue Reels by your side, you ll be able to respond quickly, safely, and efficiently. So when every second counts, don t waste any time fighting with your hose or power cable. The F1500 hose reel is a rugged, but lightweight reel that s ideal for utility air or breathing air when specified. 6 Series R Portable Electric able Reels Series R These models are compact, lightweight, and have the same rugged construction as our large cable reels. They handle a large capacity of power cable for their size and weight and feature a 3-conductor 30 amp collector ring assembly, which is housed inside the drum. A 6- foot power source lead of 12/3 cable with a 15 amp 3-prong straight blade plug is provided as standard (twist lock plug is optional). Wires from collector ring terminals extend through a grommetted opening in the drum for accessibility. Adjustable friction brake is used to brake the reel. A crank rewind handle is permanently attached to the disc. Optional 15-amp 3-prong straight blade receptacle recessed in drum. 7 Spring Rewind Reels for Utility or reathing Air Hose. To handle 3/16" through 1/2" I.D. hose. The Series FN700 is subdivided into three subseries: the FN700 is for utility air; the FLN700 is for low-pressure breathing air; and the FHN700 is for high-pressure cascade systems. A heavy-duty spring motor provides self-contained rewind power. A non sparking ratchet assembly locks the reel when the desired length of hose has been payed out. A pull on the hose unlocks the reel and the spring motor retracts the hose. A declutching arbor is provided to prevent damage from reverse winding. Inlet/Outlet: Standard inlet is 90º full flow swivel joint with 1/2" female NPT threads. Standard outlet is 1/2" female NPT threads. Other sizes and/or threads can be furnished and must be specified. Operating Pressures & Temperatures: FN and FLN700 reels operate at pressures to 3000 psi (207 bar) and FHN700 reels operate at pressures up to 6000 psi (414 bar).
