11 J. First Level oil-water separator In this position is open Tips: (turn up is close and turn down is open) Every 20 minutes should open it to let oil/water out to keep dry of gas. The recovery purity will be same as before. K. Second Level oil-water separator When you recovery one Tank pls turn left to let oil/water go. Tip (Turn left is open and Turn right is close) When recovery one tank pls open it to let oil/water out. Every 20 minutes to operate it let oil-water out L. Safety Alarm If one of them alarm it tells you to shut down Machine to examine. There is trouble or wronge operation on Machine M. Oil pipe Tips(If Machine runs for long time there is no oil bubble in pipe it tells you to check the oil tank in Machine)

12 N. Helium tank Tips For 40 liter tank every 20 minute is full Pls loose a little valve for few seconds there is some air exist in air pipe when you didn t run Machine. Fill diesel oil, engine oil and water to Diesel engine 2. Fill HS-19# 2000g compressor oil to Air Compressor Viscosity is 220, Every 500 hour to change compressor oil, at beginning every hour to change 1 time 3. Check the fastening connector of Machine 4. Check the triangle belt of diesel engine with air compressor 5. Check connection of pipes A. pipe of water input and output B. pipe of air input and output 6. Check belt no block 7. Check the belt should rotate in Counterclockwise Steps to operate: 1. Before you operate the Machine please turn on following valves/ Switch (in order to let air out) Oil-water Separators valve Level 1 and level 2 (Part 17) Air outlet Valve(Part 8 and Part 9 in Machine) Turn off air-input valve

Connect the water input and output with water tank Big than 50 liter Tank notic the water temperature should less than 40 Celcius (As experience every 20 minutes you need to change water, it is very important otherwise it will damage Cylinder block of air compressor. 3. Connect air inlet pipe to balloon or blimp 4. Turn on and Running the diesel engine running at rated speed 5. Running 3-4 seconds,turn off /closed valves of following A. Oil-water Separators (Level 1 and level 2) the B.Air outlet Time of 3-4 seconds is let helium gas to push air exist on pipe or Machine, in order let 6. Connect helium tank to Machine at this moment no need to tight the valve of tank, because after running Machine, there is some air gas exist in air compressor or in air inlet pipe, so in order to keep helium in same purity, you need to release air gas it is important for helium purity. At Step 5, the air needs to be released. 7. Open the valve of air inlet valve to recover helium now 8. Rate air pressure is 14Mpa, but as experience when it comes 12Mpa you need to change a new tank to recovery helium.it takes much longer time from 12Mpa to 14Mpa 9. Change cylinders while refilling the gas back into the cylinders A) If you do not want the machine to be halted, please following step: 1) Connect only one cylinder to one of air letout pipes, 2) Open its Switch 3) And close other Switch at same time, Running the machine (detail operation refer to Step 6 ). 4)Refill gas to Cylinder. When it reaches Mpa you want to store,close its Switch 5) Connect new empty cylinder to another air outlet pipe, Open its switch to refill

15 gas to new cylinder. Take full Cylinder out and change third empty cylinder 6) Circle steps like this, (do not halt the machine) B) If you connect two cylinder at same time, you need to halt machines to change new cylinders at same time. Please take notice on Tips 4 Helium recovery Machine Tips and Notice 1. Every 20minute or shorter it to open wate-oil sperator (to separate moisture from helium gas) 2. Reted air pressure is 14Mpa but it takes longer time to reach, normal it is 12Mpa to change new tank for store 3. Water temperature in tank is no more than 44 Celcius, change the new cold water every 10 mintues about, if over it, will damage Cylinder block of air compressor. 4. When you pause or stop running(halt) Machine, take a notice there is high pressure in air compressor, for next running please release the air as Step 6,loose the valve of helium tank with pipe to let air release. if you do not do that, when you re-operate diesel Machine, it seems Machine is running but high pressure to block helium gas in, it will damage clutch of air compressor. 5. When you pause or stop running Machine, take a notice there is high pressure in air compressor, for next running please release the air as Step 6,loose the valve of helium tank with pipe to let air release. 6. When you stop to run Machine should close and open A. the valve of helium tan B. Valve of air compressor C. Open water-oil separator 7. Take care of compress oil, not be lows than lower inspector. 8. counter-clockwise to open the valve,and clockwise to close the valves Helium recovery Machine If exist following any of phenomenon must stop the Machine to check There is a severe shock and knocking Safety valve tripping Cooling water supply interruption Gauge pressure is not normal Rubber safety film two cylinder water jacket rupture Warning oil seal if you has no use the Machine more than 3 months Helium recovery Machine Maintain when first time to run should add lubricating oil 10g to guide air compressor to run
