If there is a risk of unconsciousness, position and transport in a stable lateral position. Remove contaminated clothing immediately. Inhalation Skin contact Eye contact Ingestion Advice to doctor Inhalation is not a likely exposure route for this product. The active ingredient is toxic by inhalation. May cause respiratory tract irritation with symptoms of coughing, sore throat and runny nose. May irritate the skin with symptoms of reddening and itching. Remove any contaminated clothing. Wash affected skin area immediately with soap and water. Seek medical attention if required. May irritate the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water or saline solution and seek medical advice. Moderately toxic if swallowed. Immediately rinse mouth and seek medical advice. If vomiting occurs keep head lower than hips to help prevent aspiration. Seek medical attention if required. This product is a synthetic pyrethroid with a synergist. As the insecticide is formulated into a plastic matrix the potential for exposure minimal. If ingestion occurs treat symptomatically. There is no specific antidote. The presenting signs of overexposure usually relate to paraesthesia of nerve endings in skin and mucous membranes exposed to the chemical. These signs can only be treated symptomatically and resolve spontaneously within hours. Skin and mucous membrane paraesthesia results from direct contact, not from systemic distribution.

Sweep up spillage and place in a sealable container. Avoid breathing any dust and contact with the skin. On completion of clean up, scrub area with detergent and water and rinse with water. Do not eat, drink or smoke during clean-up operation. May irritate the eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not open inner pouch until ready for use. When using the product wear rubber gloves. After each day s use wash gloves. Wash hands after use. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from food, drink or animal feeding stuffs. Store below 30 C (room temperature). Keep away from heat or moisture. SECTION 8 EXPOSURE CONTROLS AND PERSONAL PROTECTION Exposure Limits No exposure limits (OSHA, ACGIH) have been established for any ingredient in this product. Ventilation Under normal conditions of use, special ventilation is not required. Eye Protection No eye protection is required under normal conditions of use. Under other conditions of use wear goggles. Skin Protection Do not open inner pouch until ready for use. Wear rubber gloves when using the product. Wash gloves and hands after use. Respirator No respirator is required under normal conditions of use. Protective Material Rubber Types General Advice Note that thorough washing with soap and water does not always totally remove betacyfluthrin from the hands. Waterless hand cleaner use is often more effective than soap and water. Sensitive areas of skin and mucous membranes can become contaminated indirectly.

Dispose of containers and spent tags at a local authority landfill that does not burn its refuse. If not available bury the containers and spent tags at a depth of 500mm or more in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose clear of waterways, vegetation and roots. Empty containers and product should not be burned. Dispose of sealed containers at an approved local waste disposal site.
