1 EDM Flushing Fluid (For Ram Type Machines) Commonwealth Oil s EDM Flushing Fluid is a quality fluid designed to serve as a Flushing Fluid for die sinkers. EDM Flushing Fluid should be used only after the machine has been thoroughly cleaned, and before refilling with di-electric fluid. EDM Flushing Fluid is designed for following applications: EDM RAM Type machines. Any application needing passive hydrocarbon cleaner How to Use It: Thoroughly clean your Ram Type Die-Sinker including tank, lines, and filter housings. Remove all filters from housings. Before installing new filters, fill the die-sinker with a sufficient volume of EDM Flushing Fluid TM to allow the circulating pumps to cycle for approximately minutes, and flush any previously unseen debris. Drain the fluid and flushed debris from the tank, and dispose in compliance with Government requirements and local regulations.
