The chip is protected against ambient influences by a stainless steel housing sealed with a concerntrically corrugated diaphragm. The housing is filled with silicone oil for the transfer of the pressure from the diaphragm to the sensing component. Exchanging the pressure into mv electrical output signal. The transducers are designed for floating O-ring seal mounting for avoiding housing induced stress, this also can guarantees the performance over pressure. All metal parts in contact with the pressure media are made of stainless steel 316L. They are delivered with engraved serial number. Once any problem happens on any transducer, all testing records during the whole process from the raw material to the finished products are ready for tracing.

BS12-13 Piezoresistive Pressure Transducers Comparing with the universal BS12U series pressure transducers, BS12-13 is designed for smaller space installation/compact size (Diameter 13mm). Assembled BS12N Piezoresistive Pressure Transducers Put general BS12U pressure transducers into the housing with standard or special thread; use O-ring or combined washer to seal; with flexible construction and strict inspecting and screening; the assembled BS12N transducers has similar application with general type transducers, it can be used for mounting and production of different pressure instruments.
