DAY VISIT 8:00AM Depart Kelowna on a private coach for Big White Ski Resort. 9:15AM Arrive at Big White and be greeted by a Groups Department Representative who will assist you with everything you need to make the day a success. 9:30AM - 12:30PM Strategic meeting at Kettle Valley Steak House. 12:30PM Enjoy a delicious meal at Kettle Valley Steak House, prepared especially for your team by our talented chefs. 2:00PM Explore Big White s Nordic trails in the secluded wilderness, encountering nature s splendor and wildlife. 4:30PM Warm up with a delicious Hot Chocolate by the Bonfire, you might even want to add some Baileys. 5:00PM Experience our 5 lane tube park and have some fun with your colleagues. 6:00PM Finish the day with some Après & Drinks at the Moose Lounge. 7:30PM Depart Big White on a private coach for Kelowna.

Our Bellman will assist you with your luggage. 5:30PM Start your Big White experience with a Wine Tasting at Happy Valley. DAY 1 6:30PM Enjoy an intimate communal dining experience at Kettle Valley Steak House, around a reclaimed wood long table featuring a menu of local Farm to Table specialties. 8:30PM Continue the evening with some drinks at the Moose Lounge. THREE NIGHT STAY DAY 2 9:00AM Choose from a wide selection of delicious breakfast options at Blarney Stone. 10:00AM Corporate workshop at the Inn at Big White conference room conveniently located next to the Blarney Stone. 1:00PM Have a quick lunch and get ready to hit the slopes and experience our Okanagan champagne powder or rejuvenate with an afternoon of deluxe spa treatments at one of our two Elevation Spa locations. 4:30PM Reenergize with some snacks from one of our many village restaurants. 5:30PM Make your way to Happy Valley and get ready for some team fun at the Tube Park & Staking Rink. 7:30PM Take the Gondola to the Village for Dinner at The Woods.
