Casually appointed Kingfisher Cottage comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged around open living/dining and kitchen areas. The master suite boasts a twoperson walk-in shower while cool ceramic tile floors sweep through the entire cottage. Kingfisher is just steps away from the beach and only a block or so from dining out, shopping and groceries. Every detail has been taken care of with our guest s relaxation in mind. A heated pool in a tropical landscape offers an oasis to relax after a long day of walking for miles on white sugar sand beaches. Hop on the free trolley that travels regularly the length of Anna Maria for a bit of shopping, an ice cream trip, or to just take in this beautiful island. Instant access directly to the pool area is afforded through a privacy gate, while the outdoor dining area, complete with grill, is an ideal setting for enjoying the day s catch. Inside, all kitchen appliances are new and top of the line with and endless supply of ice and chilled water at your fingertips. Kingfisher Cottage is also ideally situated for poolside relaxation or enjoying the sunwarmed waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Less than a sixty-second walk to the beach, you re close enough to the white sand to set up in the morning and meander back and forth to the cottage all day. No highrise developments or resorts nearby means the beach is never crowded even during high season. If walking is more your thing, you ll never tire of the eight miles of white sand and turquoise water that beckons just steps from.
