WETTASK * System vs. Brawny Surface System The Inside Story
The unique wipes that are part of the WETTASK * System are specially engineered to work with bleach and quaternary amines commonly used for cleaning and disinfection. 1 Don t be fooled by imitators, it s what s inside that counts. We ll show that wipes in the WETTASK * System: Are 25% more efficient at holding fluid. Clean 40% more surface area than Brawny Surface System wipes. See for yourself... Compare the wiper fibers up-close. The fibers in the WETTASK * System have a higher surface area for better absorbing capacity. Photomicrograph: Brawny Surface System Wiper Fibers Photomicrograph: WETTASK * System Wiper Fibers
2 We conducted this side-by-side comparison by mixing the recommended amount (1/2 gallon) of disinfectant chemical solution and pouring into each bucket. Next, we dispensed every wipe out of each bucket, until the buckets were empty. Dispensing every wipe out of each bucket, until empty. Testing based on one lot of product for both.
We removed the lids and compared the amount of chemical 3 remaining in each bucket. The results speak for themselves. The WETTASK * System wipes are 25% more efficient at holding fluid than the Brawny System wipes. The chemical remaining in each bucket. (Dye added to enhance visibility of liquid.)
4 We poured the remaining fluid from each bucket into graduated cylinders for comparison. The difference is dramatic. It s easy to see how the WETTASK * System allows you to waste less chemical. Wasted Chemical: Brawny Surface System Wasted Chemical: WETTASK * System
5 You can see why there is such a difference when you compare how the wipers hold and manage the chemical. The solution drips freely from a wetted Brawny wiper compared to the wet wipe from the WETTASK * System. Wipes that won t absorb and hold chemical effectively can t distribute the disinfectant efficiently, and the waste of chemical increases the cost of use for the Brawny System vs. WETTASK * System. Last Wipe: Brawny Surface System Last Wipe: WETTASK * System
WETTASK* System The Original Closed Bucket System In fact, additional testing has demonstrated that wipes in one 6 WETTASK* System bucket will clean 40% more surface area That means with the WETTASK* System you can clean 14 bedside tables with the same amount of sheets that it would take to clean 10 bedside tables with the Brawny sheet. Bedside table tops cleaned: Brawny Surface System Bedside table tops cleaned: WETTASK* System
Get inside the WETTASK * System the only answer for effective cleaning and disinfection. It s simple, reliable and specially designed to help you deliver optimum disinfection for your facility while helping you control cost with chemical use.
