Price is calculated with the pool installed at our location in Lake City, Fl. This is to give you a basic idea of what the pool cost starts at. Freight for these prices are not added. We set up our estimated price list to provide a basic idea of what your pool price for a standard install without freight could starts out at (This is not a binding price and prices can change without notice). Then we can add the cost for your location along with items such as high ground water levels at your location, landscaping, and additional concrete if needed, along with addressing other issues to provide you with the final price if needed. Sales tax is included within all of our package and option cost prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are finalized once contract is signed by both parties. 5 Concrete Deck Standard 4 feet of 4 inch concrete decking +/-.5in Cantilever deck edge at pool base profile Broom finish standard i.e. if the pool is the shape of a free form pool with 4 foot of deck around it in the shape of the pool. You can see how hard and how long it would take to form this pool deck. This pool deck has 410 square feet. When you look at the 2 images the top image is how we determine the pool deck square footage the lower image is how the pool deck would be formed and poured. As you can see the lower pool deck does not have 4 feet from the pool sides, but does have the same 410 square feet of pool deck as the top deck has. The lower deck is much more practical. NOTE: This is a strange shape I used to help show the contrast of a pool deck, this is not a pool shape we have built. 6 Fiberglass pool concrete beam We still use the concrete beam on our fiber glass pools, with a concrete pool deck our beam is 12 tall and 12 wide with rebar ran around the outside of the pool. We also drill the top of the fiber glass pool and install rebar through the cap of the shell. This has 3 purposes. 1. Allow the air the vent out under the lip of the shell and the concrete to fill the rim of the pool helping to avoid the chance of hollow cavities. 2. Ties the deck and the pool beam together with rebar 3. We use the rebar along with the bonding wire to increase the bonding area of the pool deck. Electric Pool Deck is bonded standard. Bonding wire size #6 has to be located with 5 feet of equipment pad We bonded the pool equipment on pool pad, pool deck, pool beam and screen room if installed Additional cost if we have to bring the bonding wire to the pool equipment pad, price per case. Bonding of handrails is included in handrail cost when purchased and installed by us. Power for pool equipment Power needed to operate the pool at minimum is a 40 amp 220 volt GFI located within 5 feet of the pool pad location. Electric needed to power the pool equipment can be added to the job by us with our electrician with an additional permit at an additional cost. You can have your electrician install the new power drop. We will provide the required power and amperage needed for the pool set up that has been chosen for your electrician to provide. 7 Pool Automatic Covers Pool auto covers are priced per job Pool Dirt Pool dirt that is not used to back fill the pool of on site Hauled off $325 per 15 Cubic Yards Pool Dirt extra, Brought in $450 per 15 Cubic yards Pool soil may not be suitable for backfilling around the fiberglass pool, in this case we will need to bring in soil and or pebble fill that has adequate percolation. The cost of these products is $50 per yard plus freight. Landscaping Equipment ruts will be filled with dirt from the pool dig. If new sod is required we will be glad to give you a price for this as an extra. Sprinklers We will cap sprinklers that are cut at no cost. Rerouting of sprinklers will be an extra charge. Concrete that is broken by us (that does not have a crack in it before we start) will be repaired by us. If you as our customer wants more than a repair this cost will be and extra.
