2 Main Sponsor Umbro is a British sportswear and football equipment supplier based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. The company is currently a subsidiary of Iconix Brand Group. Umbro designs, sources, and markets football-related apparel, footwear, and equipment. Its products are sold in over 90 countries worldwide. The company was founded by Harold Humphreys, along with his brother Wallace in a small workshop in Wilmslow, Cheshire, inspired by the growing interest in football witnessed nationwide. The name "Umbro" is a quasi-portmanteau inspired from Humphreys Brothers Clothing. Umbro's kit debut was in the 1934 FA Cup final, when both teams Manchester City and Portsmouth wore uniforms designed and manufactured by the company. Other teams supplied by Umbro during the 1930s and 1940s were Sheffield United, Preston North End, Manchester United and Blackpool. Umbro was the official sports manufacturer of the English FA Cup and official sponsor of The FA, being the exclusive supplier of balls to the body's leagues. In 1952, the British team at the Summer Olympics wore Umbro kits, tailored for the needs of their individual sports. Umbro would supply kits for the British Olympics team for the next 20 years. In 1957 Umbro entered the tennis market, producing sports clothing in collaboration with player Ted Tinling. This collaboration extended for three decades. Another sportsman who collaborated with Umbro was Manchester United manager Matt Busby, in That same year the company started to sell its junior boys' kits, a set of shirt, shorts and socks that would allow young players to wear the same look as their footballing idols. Brazil became the first FIFA World Cup champion to wear uniforms by Umbro in Two years later, Manchester United Scottish player Denis Law signed an exclusive agreement with the brand, becoming the first footballer to be sponsored by Umbro. The England national team won its first title in 1966 wearing kits by Umbro (the deal had been signed in 1954). Of the 16 teams that competed, 15 wore kit manufactured by Umbro, the only exception being the USSR. In 1994 Brazil won its 4th FIFA World Cup title in the United States and club teams AFC Ajax (in 1995), and Manchester United F.C. (in 1999) obtained the UEFA Champions League and the Intercontinental Cup, in Tokyo, all of them wearing Umbro kits. In the United States, Umbro was the majority owner (94%) of United Soccer Leagues, the parent organization for North America's lower division men's soccer (tiers two through four in the American Soccer Pyramid), and the second tier women's league (W-League) and youth league (Super Y-League). During the 2009 USL First Division season, the Carolina RailHawks, Charleston Battery, Vancouver Whitecaps, Rochester Rhinos, Austin Aztex, and Puerto Rico Islanders all wore Umbro kits. During the 2012 USLPro season, the Dayton Dutch Lions wore Umbro. In October 2007, JJB Sports bought a 10.1% stake in Umbro in a move to protect its stake in the market for England football shirts.

5 Football in London Football is the most popular sport, both in terms of participants and spectators, in London. London has several of England's leading football clubs, and the city is home to thirteen professional teams and more than 80 amateur leagues regulated by the London Football Association. Most London clubs are named after the district in which they play or used to play. Fulham is London's oldest club still playing professionally, having been founded in Royal Arsenal were London's first team to turn professional in Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are London's most successful teams in domestic and European competitions. Historically, the London clubs have not accumulated as many trophies as those from North West England, such as Liverpool and Manchester United; however, today Arsenal and Chelsea are regarded as two of the Premier League's "big four" alongside them. In they became the first pair of London clubs to finish first and second in the top flight, with Arsenal winning. In they did so again, this time with Chelsea winning. 13 Coach: Alex Bracali Uxbridge Football Club are a football club representing Uxbridge but now based in West Drayton, in the London Borough of Hillingdon England. They were established in 1871 and are one of the oldest clubs in the South of England. They were founder members of the Southern League Division Two in 1894 and have reached the 2nd round of the FA Cup once; in the season. The club is affiliated to the Middlesex County Football Association and is a FA chartered standard club. They are currently members of the Southern Football League Division One Central.

They currently play in the Football League Championship. The club was founded on 9 June A number of youth clubs in the south east London area, including East Street Mission and Blundell Mission, combined to form Charlton Athletic. Founded in 1879, they play in the English Premier League, and are currently in their 13th consecutive season in the division. They are the oldest established football team from London playing in the Premier League. The club has spent twenty-four seasons in English football's top division, the majority of that in two spells during the 1960s and 2000s. The latter spell was associated with former chairman Mohamed Al-Fayed, after the club had climbed up from the fourth tier in the 1990s. Fulham have never won a major honour, although they have reached two major finals. In 1975, as a Second Division team, they contested the FA Cup final for the only time in their history, losing 2 0 to West Ham United. For the season, the club will participate in the Conference Premier, the fifth tier of English football. The current head coach is Edgar Davids. Between 1907 and 2013 the club have played at Underhill Stadium, situated in the town of Barnet within the London Borough of Barnet. The club moved to The Hive Stadium, situated in Canons Park in the London Borough of Harrow, for the season. The season is widely regarded as Barnet's most eventful season. The club were on the verge of expulsion for failing to pay their players' wages as well as failing to meet a deadline for a 50,000 fine. In spite of these problems Barnet won promotion to Division Two, but the Bees were unable to sustain themselves at this level and went down after one season with just five league wins in the campaign. Barry Fry was the manager who secured Barnet's promotion successes in the early 1990s. The club was founded in 1895 as Thames Ironworks FC and reformed in 1900 as West Ham United. In 1904 the club relocated to their current Boleyn Ground stadium. They initially competed in the Southern League and Western League before eventually joining the full Football League in 1919 and subsequently enjoyed promotion to the top flight for the 1923 season also saw the club feature in the first FA Cup Final to be held at Wembley against Bolton Wanderers. Founded as Millwall Rovers in 1885, the club has retained its name despite having last played in the Millwall area of the Isle of Dogs in From then until 1993 the club played at the Den, a now-demolished stadium in New Cross, before moving to its current home stadium nearby in South Bermondsey, also called the Den. During the Football League season, Palace finished fifth and gained promotion to the Premier League through the play-offs. Their colours are red and blue, although they had adopted a claret and pale blue strip of Aston Villa in their early years and later played in white shirts inspired by Real Madrid. The club was founded at The Crystal Palace in 1905 to introduce a team to the local population, who regularly supported the FA Cup Final in sizeable numbers. Failing to gain election to The Football League, Palace instead joined the Southern Football League Second Division, playing home games at The Crystal Palace, inspiration for the club's initial nickname, "The Glaziers". 23 Coach: Mauro Cremona Welling United Football Club is an English football club, based in Welling in the London Borough of Bexley. The club's first team currently play in the Conference National. Welling United Football Club was founded in The club began as a youth team playing in local league football on a park pitch, which gradually expanded and began playing Saturday football in the London Spartan League. In 1977 Welling moved to the Park View Road ground, which had previously belonged to the defunct Bexley United (historically called Bexleyheath & Welling). They joined the Athenian League in In 1981 they progressed to the Southern Football League Southern Division. After just one season at this level the club found itself in the Southern League Premier Division after the league was re-organised. In they won the league title by 23 points and were promoted to the Football Conference Although they struggled in the Conference, only twice finishing above 11th place in 14 seasons, they did enjoy cup success during this period, reaching the first round proper of the FA Cup in six successive seasons, on one occasion knocking out Kent s only Football League side, Gillingham. They also made one third round appearance, losing 1 0 to Blackburn Rovers. The Wings dropped out of the Conference when they were relegated on the last day of the season in and returned to the Southern League. In the season, under the management of former England World Cup player Paul Parker, the Wings finished in the top half of the Southern League Premier Division and were therefore able to claim a place in the newly formed Conference South. The first season at this level proved a struggle, and with the Wings rooted to the foot of the table for the first three months of the season Parker left the club by mutual consent. Andy Ford was appointed the new manager of the Wings on 31 January Despite losing 6 2 to Cambridge City in his first game in charge, Ford guided the Wings to safety and they eventually finished 16th. Welling finished 7th in the Conference South in 2008/09 under the guidance of Ford. After a poor start to the season Ford resigned stating he didn't think he could achieve what he wanted on the current budget. Jamie Day was announced as the new player/manager in November On 12 August 2010, the club was served with a winding-up petition by HMRC, due for a hearing later that month. The Wings were given 14 weeks to pay the outstanding debt to the HMRC, and thanks almost entirely to the supporters were able to raise 60,000 to clear all monies owed. During this period, in a Football Conference Hearing on 16 September 2010, Welling United admitted to a misconduct charge in connection with the outstanding HMRC debt. Resultantly an immediate deduction of 5 points was enforced on the club together with a suspended 5,000 fine. Despite the Wings having a transfer embargo enforced upon them and also being deducted 5 points by the Football Conference, all within four weeks of the start of season, Jamie Day's side were competitively competing for the Conference South title. However, even though Welling United were in the top 5 for almost half of the season, a string of poor results in the final month of the campaign saw the Wings miss out on a play-off place by one point, with a final position of 6th. Welling made a return to the top level of non-league football the following season after clinching the Conference South title, 13 years after they last played at the fifth tier of English football.

24 Coach: Andrea Barbieri North Greenford United Football Club is a football club based in Greenford in the London Borough of Ealing, England. They play in the Southern Football League Division One Central. The club is affiliated to the Middlesex County Football Association. Established in 1944, originally as a youth club and started playing senior football in the season when they joined the Hanwell and District League, finishing as runners-up at the first attempt. A season later the club joined the Harrow Wembley League, and winning the senior division of that league at the end of the season. The club then played in the Middlesex League Premier Division In the season they won the Middlesex League Premier Division and gained promotion to division one of the London Spartan League. At the end of the season the club gained promotion to the premier division of the London Spartan League. At the end of the season the club left the Spartan league, and dropped down a level to the Middlesex County Football League premier Division. The club then lost its Senior Status by the Middlesex County Football Association and spent the next few seasons upgrading their ground to move from intermediate status back up to Senior Status. This work culminated in the club being elected to the Combined Counties Football League for the start of the season. The club finished as runners-up in the league in their third season in the league. That season was also the same that they made their debut in the FA Cup, making it to the First Qualifying round before being knocked out by Hemel Hempstead Town. The club then repeated this finish four seasons later for the season. The following season the club went one better as they become champions of the Combined Counties Football League, and earn promotion to Division one Central of the Southern Football League. They also completed a double by winning the Middlesex Senior Charity Cup when they beat Enfield Town 1-0 in the final at The Beveree stadium. North Greenford United finished 18th in the campaign, in their first season at that level. After a disappointing opening half to the campaign, the club announced that they had parted company with manager Steve Ringrose who had been in charge for three years. On Boxing Day 2011, the club confirmed the appointment of ex Chelsea, Wimbledon and Crystal Palace striker Neil Shipperley as their new manager. He was assisted by ex-chelsea team-mate Mark Nicholls. However upon the conclusion of the season, Shipperley resigned to look for a management position at a higher level after successfully guiding the side to safety. The club appointed former Bedfont Town midfielder and caretaker boss Jon-Barrie Bates as his successor in early June. Bates was sacked after just eight games following the club's poor start to the season paving the way for the return of Shipperley for a second spell as manager. On 17 August 2013, former professional goalkeeper Dave Beasant came out of retirement for one game at the age of 54, to appear for North Greenford United in their 2-0 defeat to Chalfont St Peter.

One of the most successful clubs in English football, it has won 13 First Division and Premier League titles and 10 FA Cups. Arsenal holds the record for the longest uninterrupted period in the English top flight and would be placed first in an aggregated league of the entire 20th century. They play in Football League One, the third tier in the English football league system, and are known to their fans as the O's. Leyton Orient have spent one season in the top flight of English football, in In 1978, Orient reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup for the only time in their history, under the management of Jimmy Bloomfield, but were beaten 3 0 by Arsenal. Between October 1993 and September 1995, Orient did not win a single away game in the league, leaving them bottom of Division Two in They reached the Johnstone's Paint Southern Area Final in , but were beaten 3 2 on aggregate by Southend United, missing out on a chance to go to Wembley. Leyton Orient's home ground Brisbane Road is officially known as the Matchroom Stadium after club chairman Barry Hearn's sports promotion company. Hearn became chairman in 1995 after the club was put on sale for 5 by then-chairman Tony Wood whose coffee-growing business in Rwanda had been destroyed in the country's civil war. The period of the club's nearclosure was covered by the television documentary Orient: Club for a Fiver (made by Open Media for Channel 4). 27 Coach: Gianni Ghio Bromley Football Club are an English football club based in Bromley, in Greater London, England. They currently play in the Conference South, and play their home matches at Hayes Lane. Bromley Football Club was founded in 1892 and played friendly games against mainly local opposition sides in its first season. Their first competitive football came in the South London League, which was won at the first attempt. However, they moved frequently between leagues in those early days. Two seasons in the Southern Football League were followed by a spell in the London League, winning the Division Two title in After a brief interlude in the Kent League, they returned to the London League but were expelled in They then competed in the Spartan League, and after winning the title in 1908, they had their first spell in the Isthmian League and won the championship in each of their first two seasons. After the First World War they joined the Athenian League, winning the title in Though the 1930s were successful on the cup front, league honours eluded them until 1949 when they lifted the Athenian League Championship, to go with the FA Amateur Cup. Three years later they rejoined the Isthmian League, and again made an immediate impact finishing runners up at the first attempt, and going one better in 1954, reversing the previous season's six-point margin over Walthamstow Avenue, who were again runners up when Bromley were champions again in The following season they had only two clubs below them, and in thirteen subsequent seasons only twice finished in the top half, culminating in relegation in 1975, the second time they had finished at the bottom. They were promoted in 1980, and during an up and down period they went down again in 1984, came back up two years later and were runners up to Yeovil Town in 1988 the highest league position for over 25 years before being relegated for a third time two years later. Regaining Premier Division status at the first attempt, they remained in the top flight until 1999 when, after their best start to a season for many a year thirteen points out of the first five games they only won four of the remaining 37 league games, and as a consequence were relegated for the fourth time since promotion and relegation was introduced.

28 Coach: Gianluigi Raffo Tooting & Mitcham United Football Club is a semi-professional association football club based in the London Borough of Merton. The club play at Imperial Fields in Morden and currently play in Division One South of the Isthmian League. Their nickname is the Terrors or occasionally Stripes, in reference to their kit. In 1932, Tooting FC (founded 1887) and Mitcham Wanderers FC (founded 1912) quite literally united to become the modern club representing the two areas. Their merger had been mooted for two years previously, but it was only after it became clear that the area couldn't host two competitive teams that anything happened to advance it. Originally playing in white shirts, in 1956 the broad black and white stripes were adopted. The club has reached the FA Cup proper on 10 occasions, the last time being the season. It has also won the Isthmian League twice, in 1958 and Other honours include the Surrey Senior Cup and the London Senior Cup (which, despite its grandiose name, features only low-level clubs). Perhaps the most famous FA Cup run was in 1959, when the club reached the third round; drawn at home to First Division Nottingham Forest, on a frozen pitch they went into a 2 goal lead with goals from Grainger and Murphy before Forest fought back with the aid of a Murphy own goal and a penalty. Forest won the replay 3 0 in front of a crowd of 42,362 and went on to win the trophy that year. Alex Stepney, who was born in Mitcham in 1942, joined the club in In 1963 he signed for Millwall and later played for Chelsea, Manchester United and England. Dario Gradi, who spent more than twenty four years as manager of Crewe Alexandra, briefly played for the club in the 1960s. In Keith Boanas led the club to the Isthmian League Second Division title, before leaving to manage Charlton Athletic Ladies. In the Isthmian League First Division, the club were managed by Richard Cadette, whose lengthy list of former clubs include Falkirk, Millwall and Brentford. The team played a very consistent first half of the season but injuries and the loss of star player Gavin Grant to Gillingham saw the team lose some of their cutting edge and start to falter. At the end of this season Cadette was sacked as the team once again failed to gain promotion following defeat in the playoff semi-finals to Tonbridge Angels. Former player Billy Smith was appointed as manager for the start of the season, in which the club won the Surrey Senior Cup and London Senior Cup. In May 2008, the club secured promotion to the Isthmian League Premier Division by defeating Cray Wanderers 1 0 at Imperial Fields. In the season they reached the first round of the FA Cup where they played in front of over 3,000 people against Stockport County although they were beaten 5 0. Despite an encouraging season the board announced that the club required a 40% cut in budget, these changes saw manager Billy Smith, his assistant George Wakeling and many of the players leave the club. Former Sheffield United player Mark Beard was appointed manager in May 2010, with former player Kevin Cooper as his assistant. After a good start to the season Beard was relieved of his position in December 2011 when results declined as the owner, Steve Adkins, allowed prospective buyers to influence team selection. Academy manager Danny Lee was appointed caretaker manager but declined the job permanently. As a result Kenny Brown was appointed the new manager. However the results got worse and Tooting were relegated at the end of the season. Tooting & Mitcham had three managers in the season (Roberto Forzoni, Jamie Martin and Phil Simpson) and finished 16th in the Ryman Division One South. In May 2013, another club with a similar name, Tooting & Mitcham Wanderers were formed. This club will start life in the Surrey South Eastern Combination Intermediate Division. They will play their home games at Church Road, CR3 0AR, which they will share with Whyteleafe FC. This team and ground should not be confused with Tooting & Mitcham United who play at the KNK Stadium in Morden.
