1 Recreational Soccer Program Ages: 4 to 18. View US Soccer eligible birth rules on which age division fits your child. When: The Fall 2018 League will run from 9/8/2018 to 11/3/2018. Cost: Registration fee is $90 for the season. We accept cash, credit/debit card or checks made out to Titan Sports and Performance Center. No refunds once the league play starts up. Any refund request must be made in writing and received by the Titan office. Exceptions that may apply are associated with athletes related to uniform requirements and prior to season commencement, relocation and/or major injury both requiring third party proof. Uniforms: $60, includes 2 jerseys, 2 pairs of socks and a pair of shorts. Teams will need to purchase uniforms every 2 years. Each player MUST purchase their own uniform. Parents/legal guardians are responsible for the purchase of soccer cleats, shin guards, goalie gloves (if needed) and a soccer ball. As listed above, any uniforms that were purchased in the Spring 2018 season are still good for the Fall 2018 season and there is no need to purchase another set of uniforms. Teams and Individual Sign up: Players may sign up as an individual or they can sign up as a team. To sign up as a team, have each player register under the registration links below. Teams are formed by age group division and request. Requests are not guaranteed as teams are built to be balanced. Those who signed up as an individual, you will know what team they will be assigned to the day following the last registration date (Fall League - 9/1/18). We will post a team entry form prior to the close of registration for each coach to submit. Coaches Training: Once teams are formed and coaches identified, coaches will attend a Titan certification class. Coaches will also be required to submit a background check. As a volunteer coach, experience is not required, but a general knowledge of the game is helpful. Our first

2 coaches meeting and training for the Fall League is scheduled for 8/22/18. Practice/Game Fields: Titan will provide practice fields and times for each team. All practices will be held at the Titan South Complex in Jenks. For weather-related field closures, check our social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram). To receive text message updates, please sign up at titansportscomplex.com. Games will be held each Saturday during the season. 3 Complex Rules: The following are NOT allowing on the Titan Sport Fields: No Climbing on the Goals No Smoking No Loitering No Pets No Alcohol No Drugs or illegal Substances No Profanity No Weapons Visitors to the Titan Sports Complex are expected to follow all rules, procedures, and policies. Fields are restricted to the official Titan usage schedule, with the exception of pre-game warm up. NO WARM UP IN PENALTY AREA. Failure to comply with any of the Titan Soccer Complex rules and regulations may result in a fine. Good sportsmanship is highly encouraged towards/from all players, coaches, officials, parents, and fans. Titan Sports has zero tolerance policy towards referee abuse. The physical and/or verbal abuse of officials will not be allowed. Violation of this policy will result in removal from the Titan Sports Complex. Therefore, please be respectful to all officials as it reflects our responsibility to teach our children the importance of being respectful to those in a role of authority.

Individual players MAY choose to play up one age division with parental/legal guardians approval and a signed waiver. Players may NEVER play down an age bracket Birth certificates may be required for proof of age during registration. Birth certificates may be scanned and ed to soccer@titansportscomplex.com or delivered to us at the Titan Sports office. A copy of each player s birth certificate MUST be on file at Titan Sports.
