Reports of professionals in the field of sport and sports medicine at their exhibition stands. 3. Exhibition of modern medical equipment, technology and pharmaceuticals to medicine of sport. 4. Seminars and master classes on various aspects of athletes preparation; presentation of the equipment and technologies for biomedical provision of athletes preparation. 5. A collection of reports, describing the theme of the conference, is to be published within the limits of the conference. 3 6. Publication of the report s abstracts and materials in the proceedings of the conference is free of charge. 7. One author may submit no more than two abstracts of the reports. 8. The Organization Committee reserves the right to choose the theses or materials of report for publication. Abstracts and materials, issued in violation of these rules are not accepted. 9. A room in a hotel in Sochi is booked for nonresidents participants of the conference on the basis of an application for extra services. (Appendix B). Terms of publication of abstracts and materials of the reports: Submitted for publication abstracts and materials of the reports should not contain advertisements. In this case publication is free. Otherwise the Organizer may not publish the abstracts and material of the report as ones which haven t been preliminary declared as advertisements. Full-time participants of the exhibition in accordance with the terms of participation have the right for one free commercial presentation in dedicated time during the conference. Other requests for publications (reports) are considered by the Programme Committee on a commercial basis (as a business presentation or an advertising publication), in accordance with the terms of participation. All the submitted applications are considered by the Programme Committee of the Conference for compliance with the topics, relevance, originality, level of implementation. The Programme Committee to approve a programme of speeches and materials for the conference. In case of inclusion of a report in the conference programme, the speaker has an opportunity to perform with a speech in the limits of regulations and the timetable; the abstracts of his/her report are published in conference proceedings. For reports and abstracts presented at the commercial, publication and enabling speech is carried out after approval by the Programme Committee and pay the full cost of the presentation (publication), in accordance with the terms of participation. Requirements for theses and materials: Volume: up to 3 pages А4, including bibliography, tables, and figures (*.JPG, *.JPEG»). The author reserves the right to choose the structure of the articles. Number of tables, formulas, figures should be limited to 4 and placed as embedded objects. Word processor: Microsoft Word 2003 (document format *.doc). Font of the main text: Arial, size 12, without hyphens. Margins: top - 30mm, bottom - 30 mm, right - 30 mm, left - 30 mm Line spacing: single. Indention: 10mm. Title of publication: Capital letters, bold font is Arial, size 14, centered. Author s name: font Arial italics, size 12, alignment - to the left.
