1 EESTI VÕISTLUSTANTSU LIIDU treeneritele kutsekvalifikatsiooni omistamise ÕPPEKAVA Lisa 1. TREENER I, II ja TREENER III ASTE TREENER I ja II ASTE BAASKURSUS Vastavalt EVTL treeneritele kutsekvalifikatsiooni omistamise korrale peavad nii I astme kui ka II astme esmased taotlejad sooritama baaseksamid ST- ja LA-tantsudes s.o. mõlema astme esmased taotlejad peavad eelnevalt läbima eriala baaskursuse ettevalmistusmahuga 80 tundi, millest moodustab teoreetiline osa 40 tundi ja praktiline osa 40 tundi. EESMÄRGID - tutvustada esmastele taotlejatele nii ST-tantsude kui ka LA-tantsude põhialuseid ja põhielemente - õpetada esmastele taotlejatele nii ST-tantsudes kui ka LA-tantsudes miinimumkompleks figuure, millest on võimalik moodustada tantsijatele võistluskava algajatele ja E- ja D- klassi paaridele - baaskursuse figuuride rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud metoodika alusel esitamine peab võimaldama esmasel taotlejal töö käigus lihtsalt omandada III astme figuurid - et esmane taotleja valdaks võistlustantsu spetsiifilist terminoloogiat ja oskaks seda treeningtundides kasutada - et esmane taotleja oleks võimeline läbi viima treeningtunde algajate - et esmane taotleja oleks võimeline planeerima ja juhendama treeningtunde E- ja D-klassi paaridele TEEMAD teoreetiline praktiline 1. ST-tantsude põhialused ST-tantsude põhielemendid Aeglase valsi figuurid Quickstepi figuurid Tango figuurid Valsi figuurid LA-tantsude põhialused La-tantsude põhielemendid Rumba figuurid Samba figuurid Cha Cha Cha figuurid Jive figuurid 4 4 TREENER III ASTE Vastavalt EVTL treeneritele kutsekvalifikatsiooni omistamise korrale peavad III astme taotlejad sooritama eriala eksamid ST- ja LA-tantsudes, mis on võrdväärsed Rahvusvahelise Tantsuõpetajate Assotsiatsiooni (IDTA) Associate-astme eksamitega ST- ja LA-tantsudes ning peavad eelnevalt läbima kursuse ettevalmistusmahuga 150 tundi, millest moodustab teoreetiline osa 75 tundi ja praktiline osa 75 tundi. Nimetatud kursus haarab ka baaskursusel läbitud materjali mahus 80 tundi. Eksamitel tuleb teada kogu kursuse materjali mahus 150 tundi.
2 EESMÄRGID - süvendada baaskursuse figuuride teoreetilist tundmist ja esitamise praktilist oskust - laiendada kõikides baaskursuse tantsudes tuntavate figuuride arvu - tuua sisse uued tantsud: fokstrot ja paso doble, viies sellega tantsude arvu rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud tasemele - et taotleja tunneks suhtlemise ja rühma juhtimise põhireegleid - et taotleja tunneks treeningu meetodeid TEEMAD teoreetiline praktiline 1.
