6 Push-To-Set TM Continuous Vacuum Regulators, Adult Push-To-Set TM Continuous Vacuum Regulators provide regulated, continuous suction for tracheal and pharyngeal airway management, surgical procedures, continuous NG drainage and chest drainage. Several models are available with special features to improve suctioning procedures and enhance clinical practice. Two Mode and Two Mode High Continuous Models The Two Mode Continuous Vacuum model regulates vacuum at low, medium and high levels up to full vacuum with gauge increments up to 200 mmhg. The Two Mode High Continuous Vacuum model regulates vacuum at low, medium and high levels up to full vacuum with gauge increments up to 760 mmhg. Continuous Vacuum models regulate vacuum at low, medium and high levels. These units limit negative pressure for those procedures requiring low negative pressure and limited vacuum*. 10 Push-To-Set TM Intermittent Suction Units The Push-To-Set TM Intermittent Suction Unit (PTS-ISU) offers dual modes, an intermittent mode for nasogastric drainage and C.A.S.S. and a continuous mode for tracheal, pharyngeal, surgical suctioning or chest drainage. The unique, silent, patented unilogic timing module provides a reliable, quiet means of cycling the regulator on and off during intermittent suctioning. The Pediatric and Neonatal Push-To-Set TM Intermittent Suction Unit has a peak vacuum limit feature to prevent adjusting the vacuum too high. This device is ideal for neonatal and pediatric patients or sensitive applications where limiting the peak vacuum level is important. 38 Medical Gas Regulators Ohio Medical s Gas Regulators safely reduce high pressure gases from a cylinder to pressures suitable for the operation of therapeutic medical equipment. Ohio Medical offers three models of Medical Gas Regulators which include a Flowgauge, Flowmeter and Preset model. All 3 models are constructed of brass and finished in chrome. All metal parts that channel the gas stream are brass. There are no aluminum parts in the high or low pressure gas stream. All are single stage regulators. Outlet ports are 1/4 NPT female. For extended reliability and safety, all regulators are equipped with sintered metal inlet filters that absorb heat and protect the regulator from foreign particles. Each regulator also contains an encapsulated seat assembly for long life and ease of maintenance, plus a safety relief valve to protect against over-pressurization. Pin indexed to prevent interchangeability of gas services. Each outlet is cleaned for medical gas service and pressure tested. Less than 3 psi (21 kpa) pressure drop through the 120 LPM and 50 psig (345 kpa) inlet pressure. Specifications The medical gas retrofit wall outlet is Diamond or DISS compatible. The latch-valves are NFPA compliant, cleaned for medical gas service and are pressure tested. Each latch-valve has less than 3 psi (21 kpa) pressure drop through the 120 LPM and 50 psig (345 kpa) inlet pressure. For outlets providing positive pressure gas, the outlet is equipped with a primary and secondary check valve, allowing the primary check valve to be removed for service without isolating the entire zone. Latch-valves are gas specific by means of a gas specific indexing pin arrangement. The indexing pin is arranged in such a way as to connect the latch-valve assembly only with the specific matching gas back body, preventing interchangeability of gas services. The latch-valve assembly, which by means of color coding and wording, identifies the specific medical gas service provided by the outlet and only accepts Diamond or DISS type gas specific adapters. For aesthetic appeal, each outlet includes a one piece chrome trim plate.
