1 Conducted by the RDA (WA) Vaulting Subcommittee Run under the RDA(WA) Vaulting Rules & Guidelines Hay Park, Bussell Highway, Bunbury You are invited to enter the inaugural South West RDA(WA) Vaulting Challenge in Bunbury on Saturday the 4 th April 0. This competition will be part of the Bunbury Agricultural Society s and Country Music Show which has is held over two days on the 4 th and 5 th April at Hay Park in Bunbury. Other equine events at the show include show jumping, dressage, mounted games, breed show and horse displays such as Light horsemen and Girls Girls Girls. Entry fees: Entry to the showgrounds is free, however entry for this competition will be $0.00 registration and $.00 for each class entered. Entries will close on Monday 9 th March 0. OR Direct Deposit: ANZ- Barbetti Park Account BSB Account No Competition: The vaulting competition will be conducted between the hours of 0 am and 4 pm on Saturday 4 th April. Individual Freestyle, Teams x 4, and Pas de Deux classes on horse will be available and judged according to the RDA(WA) Rules and Guidelines. NO COMPULSORY CLASSES INCLUDED IN THE INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM CLASSES. This is a freestyle only competition. Music: Labelled music to be submitted in the same format as for the State Championships. Submission date and to whom will be advised.

2 Conditions of Entry: All vaulters must be registered RDAA or EA members and all lungers must be RDAA or EA accredited. Pas de Deux Integrated and Integrated Teams: as defined in the RDA(WA) Rules and Guidelines states Integrated competition consists of a team or pair of vaulters with diverse abilities. Three age classes for individual events will apply for DW and EW classes. They are: 9 years and below, 0, and years, 3 years and above. Adjustments may need to be made to these age classes after entry forms are received. These adjustments will be notified to each centre immediately after entry form applications are closed. Vaulters are eligible to compete in two of the following three classes: a) Individual horse b) Team x 4 c) Pas de Deux and one class from - d) Integrated Team and Pas de Deux classes Classes Offered:. Individual F - freestyle. Individual G - freestyle 3. Individual DW freestyle 4. Individual EW freestyle 5. Team DW x 4 freestyle 6. Team DW x 4 freestyle 7. Team Integrated x 4 freestyle 8. Pas de deux DE/EW 9. Pas de deux Integrated Minimum Age Requirements: a vaulter may compete in individual competition below the age of 6 provided he or she has permission from the parent and at the discretion of the coach. Achievement Cards: Not required as this is a freestyle only competition. Arm band numbers must be provided by each centre for their teams.

3 CODE OF CONDUCT Vaulters and officials must observe the FEI Code of Conduct. Competition etiquette should be observed at all times. Officials/coaches/lungers/Spectators need to have their mobiles on silent mode. Vaulters must be under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times Competitors must comply with any instruction given by officials at the event. Unsportsmanlike behaviour of any sort will not be tolerated from competitors or their connections. The Organising Committee reserves the right to change or alter any part of the program. Accommodation and horse yards: Overnight camping is available at South West RDA Centre nearby, as well as overnight yarding for vaulting horses. Bring portable horse yards for vaulting horse use during the competition.
