2 Preparate para el 2019! 9th International Baseball Tournament, from July 20 through July 27, Dominican Republic. Teams from: Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Cuba, USA, Aruba, Venezuela, Colombia, Guatemala, Canada, Curacao and the best Dominican teams. Punta Cana Baseball League is an institution dedicated to the realization of international baseball tournaments for children and youth in tourist areas of the Dominican Republic and other countries, endorsed by the Dominican Baseball Federation.

3 TOURNAMENT In the 2019 tournament, teams from the following categories will play: 5-6 (6U) 7-8 (8U) 9-10 (10U) (12U) (14U) (16U) (17U) + older La edad se determina según la que tenga el jugador al día 1ro de mayo del ESTADIUMS Most of the games will be played both in our RD Complex Punta Cana stadiums and in stadiums in Nisibon, Veron and Bavaro. We have a maintenance, security and emergency medical assistance staff. Likewise, our staff provides team players with cold water and energy drinks during all games, as well as balls, and score and line up sheets. GAMES We guarantee 4 games per team during playoffs from July 21 through July 24. Semifinals will be played on July 25, and the final series on July 26. We do our best so that a team only plays one game a day at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. / 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. in order for them to have more time to enjoy the all-inclusive plans of the hotels that we offer in the packages. The three finals will be simultaneously played at 9:00 and 11:00 am in the RD Complex Punta Cana stadiums. We guarantee at least 2 referees per game for categories from 10 to 17 years old. Games will consist of 6 or 7 innings or will last from 1 hour and 30 minutes up to 2 hours, depending on the category. In addition, stadiums have the appropriate measures for the different ages participating in the event. Fans and family members have guaranteed seats to enjoy their team's game as part of their package.

In our travel packages, 4- and 5-star hotels with all-inclusive plans for a pleasant stay during the tournament are available. You will feel like a king in rooms equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, super comfortable beds, among other amenities. The hotels have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, one of the best beaches in the world at your disposal, as well as recreational activities, such as shows, dance classes, min club, playgrounds, as well as tennis and basketball courts, and golf courses for those who prefer sports activities. For adults, the hotels offer various nighttime entertainment activities. Bars and clubs are included in their plan at no additional cost. There are also casinos to have a good time. Nota: todas las habitaciones son iguales, lo que define el tipo de habitación es la cantidad de personas que se queden en ella. Una doble más un niño, no hace que la habitación sea triple, el niño se catalogara siempre como niño y no se toma en cuenta para definir el tipo de habitación.

International Tournament Punta Cana 2018 OPENING The opening ceremony of our 2019 Punta Cana international baseball tournament will be held on July 21 at 6:00 pm at the RD Complex Punta Cana where former major leaguers, baseball personalities, MLB Scout and universities of the USA and mascots of the Dominican professional teams will participate. The event will begin with the parade of teams from more than 10 countries that will visit us, then the national anthem of the Dominican Republic will be listened, speeches by organizers, personalities and MLB players will be pronounced, the first ball will be pitched, autographs will be signed and the opening game will start. Many major league superstars have paraded our tournament, such as David Ortiz, Vladimir Guerrero, Pedro Martinez, Miguel Tejada, Francisco Cordero, Placido Polanco, Julio Cesar Franco, Miguel Bautista and tourism and baseball personalities like Don Frank Raynieri, Hector "Tito" Pereyra (president of the Dominican Baseball Federation), Robert Weill (president of the Latin Baseball Hall of Fame) and Jose Cano (father of the mega star Robinson Cano).

International Tournament Punta Cana 2018 Closing and awards ceremony The closing party and awards ceremony of our tournament is held at Coco Bongo, which is the scene of the best shows of the Caribbean. Among the shows to be presented in between the awards ceremony are: Spiderman, Batman, The Mask, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson, Captain America, Pirates of the Caribbean as well as a top-notch audio and visual effects show. Our awards ceremony is a family party full of surprises. In this great closing event, participation medals are delivered to all the tournament teams, starting with the unclassified ones to the playoffs, then the subchampion teams and finally the champions. The MVP, Batting Leader, Best Pitcher and Home Run Leader are also awarded there in the presence of more than 1,500 people.

7 9th. International Tournament Punta Cana 2018 Our travel packages are available for players and fans and include A- Air tickets (optional), transfers to the chosen hotel, airport/port. B- Arrival at the hotel and private check-in for teams. C- All-inclusive packages, unlimited food and drinks 24 hours in hotels. D- Daily round-trip transfers to the stadiums in comfortable buses for players and accompanying people. E- Recreational activities at the hotel, awards ceremony and closing party at Coco Bongo Punta Cana. F- Transportation back to the airport or port to return home. Calendar 1. July 20: Arrival at Punta Cana and check-in at the hotels - (technical congress "ONLY FOR TEAM COACHES" at 9:00 pm. 2. July 21: start of games at 9:00 am, tournament opening at 6:00 pm. Regular series until July July 25: Semi-finals and playoffs 4. July 26: Finals at 9 and 11 a.m., closing ceremony at COCO BONGO at 3:00 p.m., transportation will pick you up at 2:00 pm in the lobby of your hotel. Return of the Dominican teams to their cities. Companions Relatives or friends who want to accompany players to the trip can do so through us, by requesting the length of their stay at the team s hotel where they will enjoy the same transport benefits and others that the team will enjoy during the days they are staying. Note: Those people who travel independently will have access neither to our transportation, nor the stadiums nor the closing ceremony at COCO BONGO discotheque where we have total control. 8 9th. International Tournament Punta Cana 2018 PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES How can my teams play in the tournament? To start the participation process, you must first pay the registration of the tournament, which guarantees a space for your team. Then, you must choose the travel package that best suits you to book your accommodation through an initial payment of 100 dollars per person, and later to comply with the fee policies required for said packages. What is the deadline for my registration? We cannot stablish a deadline, but your participation will be subject to whether we have available spaces for your team category at the time of your request. If the registration of your team is possible, they should keep up with the other teams in terms of required documentation and payments. Is the air ticket included in the travel package? Our packages only include air tickets for some destinations such as Miami and Puerto Rico. Our offices can help you organize group flights to other destinations different from those in the package. I am not a player in any team... can I participate? Yes. If you are a player, you can ask your parents to contact our offices to include you in a team in your country or the international team that we form for some categories, as well as reinforce any team that requests backup players. We deal with all the paperwork and we put you in contact with the managers of those teams. Uniforms are provided either by ourselves or by them. Is a visa needed to travel to the Dominican Republic? For the vast majority of countries, the visa is not necessary to enter the Dominican Republic, only the payment of the tourist card which is included in most of the flights, except for some countries that require it such as CUBA, China and others that you can check in the following link. How much do travel packages cost? The prices of the packages are variable and will depend on the hotel chosen by your team and the number of nights you will be staying, and may vary if air tickets are included. Prices will depend on the age of the children, who are considered as such up to 12 years of age, and from 13 years old they will apply for the adult rate, except for the 12U category players who turn 13 years between May and July due to hotel policies.
