2 Entry Deadline: 12:00PM on Monday, June 17 th, Completed entry form and payments must be in the PRGA office before deadline. Late entries will not be accepted. Format: Professionals, Regular Amateurs, and Mid-Amateurs A 72-hole stroke play event with a 36 hole cut. The 36 hole cut will be 50% of the professional field and ties, and 50% of the amateurs and ties. All participants in these categories are required to play walking. The Overall Champion (Professional or Amateur) in the Championship Flight will win a spot to participate in the PGA TOUR s 2014 Puerto Rico Open. The low Local Amateur will earn a spot on the Puerto Rico National Team for the Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships. (The Local Amateur must win the division and must meet CAGC rules to be eligible) *For purposes of the Caribbean Amateur Golf Championship, the PRGA reserves the right to determine what division the amateur player will compete during the event. Ladies, Senior Amateurs, and Super-Senior Amateurs A 54-hole stroke play event with a 36 hole cut. The 36 hole cut will be 50% of the field and ties. Seniors and Super-Seniors will be riding in carts. Ladies are required to play walking. Top Ladies Amateur will earn a spot on the Puerto Rico National Team for the Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships. (Winner must meet CAGC rules to be eligible) 1 st Flight Amateurs, 2 nd Flight Amateurs, 1 st Flight Seniors, and 1 st Flight Ladies A 36-hole stroke play event with a no cut. 1 st Flight Divisions will be riding in carts. *Tournament committee reserves the right to modify the Championship s formats. Caddies: Caddies must remain with their own player and avoid distracting other players in the group. Also, caddies must use official caddie bid and are responsible to return it at the completion of the round. They will obey the USGA Rules of Competition regarding caddies. Any violation to these rules, will elicit a sanction against the player. A caddie may ride on a golf cart, but must remain on the path. The Caddie must pay for the cart used. (Pull carts are allowed). Ties: In the event of a tie for the top position of any of the divisions there will be a hole-by-hole sudden death playoff immediately following play.

The Champion and the Runner-up for each division will be awarded. Purse: The Championship purse will be determined and informed after the registration deadline. Professionals will receive cash and Amateurs will receive gift certificates. Professionals, Regular Amateurs and Mid-Amateurs in the Championship Flight are eligible for the purse. Professionals will receive cash amounts and amateurs will receive gift certificates (not in excess of $750 or the equivalent). Continue on #26 West (Oeste) straight ahead for 3 miles. Exit right towards town of Bayamón, through the Minillas tunnel. The two righthand lanes both exit. After exiting the tunnel, stay in center lane. In about one mile, stay right as the highway divides. Follow signs towards Bayamon, highway #22 West (Oeste). Stay in the center lane again. In about two miles, the highway divides again. Stay to the right, following #22 West towards Arecibo. Go straight for about ten miles. After the toll make a right at the third exit which will be Salida 24. Stay to the right as you exit, and proceed through the roundabout, heading left (north) onto route #693 North (Norte), which will become route #6693. Keep straight ahead for about 2-3 miles. Look for sign saying Bo San Antonio / 696, and get in left lane and turn left on 696, just in front of the Dolphin fountain. Go straight about ¼ mile and the take first right at Jose Efron Avenue. Go up Jose Efron Avenue ¼ mile to the end. At the stop light make a left. You will go under a bridge, and then you will pass the Dorado Beach East entrance on your right.
