2 Wednesday, January 22, 2014 Day One 11:00-6:00PM Check-in for all Players, Phans & GMs Check in will take place in the lobby of the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key. 3:00PM Shuttle to Carpenter Complex for Clinics Shuttle for Milt Thompson Hitting Clinic and Mike Lieberthal and Chris Coste Catching Clinic will leave the hotel lobby and head to the Carpenter Complex for check-in. 3:30-5:30PM Clinics Milt Thompson Hitting Clinic Location: Carpenter Complex Batting Tunnels Mike Lieberthal and Chris Coste Catching Clinic Location: Carpenter Complex Bullpen Mounds 6:30-7:45PM Rookie Players Meeting Location: Sand Key Ballroom (Second Floor) We ll discuss the guidelines that will help you get the full enjoyment of your Phantasy Camp experience. We ll preview everything you need to know. Dress is casual. 6:30-7:45PM Veteran Players Meeting Location: Cedarwood Room (First Floor) All Veteran Players will meet with Phantasy Camp Staff prior to joining the Players Meeting and learning what s new while helping welcome the Rookies. 3 8:00-9:30PM Welcome Reception Location: Poolside Please proceed to the pool area outside where we will have refreshments and a buffet dinner, luau style. This is your chance to impress the Legends before you take the field on Thursday. In case of inclement weather, the reception will be held inside in the Sand Key Ballroom and Lobby on the second floor. Thursday, January 23, 2014 Day Two OPENING DAY 6:00-6:20AM Early Morning Stretching Location: Second Floor Lobby Join our Phantasy Camp Stretching Team leaders in the second floor lobby as they help you get loose for the day s workout and game. 6:30-9:00AM Breakfast Location: Sand Key Ballroom Enjoy a full-service buffet breakfast. 7:30AM Shuttle to the Carpenter Complex Three shuttle buses will leave from hotel lobby for the Carpenter Complex. 7:45AM Arrive at the Carpenter Complex Rookies will have a special meeting with Scott Palmer outside the Clubhouse and will enter the Complex together. Veterans can use the VIP Entrance on the side of the Clubhouse to enter upon arrival. 8:00-8:35AM Get Dressed All Players should dress in their white home uniform. Player Reps will be available in the Clubhouse to assist you. 8:45AM Player Briefing & Kangaroo Court Each morning we meet at Bright House Field under the tent for our Morning Briefing and Kangaroo Court. 4 Phillies Phantasy Camp Phillies Phantasy Camp 5

4 Media Day Each Player will pose for a picture with all of the Legends. Organized Stretching 10:45AM Rookie Players Pre-Draft Workout Take part in fifteen minute workout sessions with the Legends. This is your chance to impress the Legends before the big draft. Your first field assignment is below and will be posted at the Clubhouse as well. Last names beginning with: A D E H I M N S T Z report to Bullpen Mounds (pitching/catching workout station) Report to Batting Tunnels (hitting workout station) Report to Schmidt Outfield (outfield workout station) Report to Ashburn Infield (baserunning) Report to Schmidt Infield (infield workout station) Every fifteen minutes you will rotate to a new field or location, having a chance to workout in every position and in front of every Legend. Player Reps will be stationed at each area to assist you to the next location. Make sure you save some throws in your arm for the afternoon game! Your field assignments are below and will also be posted at the Clubhouse. Last names beginning with: A E Report to Roberts field F Kaplan Report to Carlton field Keaton R Report to Ashburn field S Z Report to Schmidt field Veteran Player Batting Practice There will be four veteran hitting groups assigned to each of the four Carpenter Complex batting tunnels. Lunch at Bright House Field /Player Draft While you are eating lunch, the Legends will be hard at work drafting teams for the rest of the week. Everyone s a first round draft pick! Press Conference Begins Scott Palmer and the Team Managers will officially announce team rosters. This is where you will find out who will be your Legends, Player Rep, GM and new teammates. Good Luck! Now that your team has been assembled, each team will have a chance to workout together before Game One. Player Reps are available to throw BP and help with your swing, if needed. 10 9:00AM: Phantasy Games Begin Against the Legends Location: Bright House Field First place team plays Legends. Games immediately follow throughout the day for the second through tenth place teams. Please be at the ballpark early.
