1 REGISTRATION PROCEDURES TUALATIN HILLS PARK & RECREATION DISTRICT ADULT SOCCER PROGRAM 7 VS 7 SOCCER FALL 2018 League Information ALL PLAYERS PLAY AT THEIR OWN RISK Registration Deadline: Wednesday, August 29, 2018 TEAM FEES Option #1 = 100% of roster in-district $420 (Includes eight (8) games. All individual players must have a current THPRD account and be in-district or out-of-district with a paid Fall assessment.) Option #2 = Includes up to 14 out-of-district players $525 (Includes eight (8) games. All individual players must have a current THPRD account, however individual out-of-district players DO NOT need to pay assessment fee, it is included in the team fee.) Roster verification will take place prior to payment being received. Any out-of-district player with a current fall assessment paid will be considered in-district. Make checks payable to Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD). League fees cover direct costs; referees, game balls, rulebooks, scorebooks, awards and supervisors. Fees must be submitted with team roster. Any team dropping from the league after the league schedules have been completed WILL NOT receive a refund of league fees. All in-district and out-of-district players must have a valid THPRD residency card. Please call the Athletic Center front desk at for THPRD residency card. Industrial/Company Sign up = $420 (Includes 8 games) The Men s and Coed 7 on 7 Soccer league is open to employees from a THPRD tax paying COMPANY located within the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District boundaries. All but three (3) players must be employed by the in-district company. The team roster must be completed in full, listing non-employee players first. A player may be registered on only ONE THPRD Coed or Men s industrial team. Players must be 18 years of age or older. Rosters may have two non-employees or a combination of ghost card and non-employees. For each non-employee player listed on the roster a copy of a valid THPRD Residency card must be submitted with the roster. For each company employee listed on the roster a copy of a current staff badge with photo, (within three months) pay stub, or a letter from a HR representative stating the employees must be submitted with the team roster. All non-employee in-district and out-of-district players must submit a copy of a valid THPRD ID card with the team roster. Please see out-of-district fee policy information sheet for details on how to receive a THPRD ID card. Rosters will be checked for accuracy and may be checked by other teams upon request.
2 Two teams from small companies may combine but must have a minimum of five (5) employees from each company on the roster. ROSTERS Complete attached team roster in full, listing out-of-district players first. Incomplete rosters will not be accepted. Rosters must list a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 14. A player may be registered on only ONE THPRD coed team, and ONE THPRD men s team Players must be 18 years of age or older. Managers must list all players THPRD residency card NUMBER on the roster. If a player does not have a THPRD residency card, they may not be added to the roster. If a team needs players, a list of enthusiastic soccer players looking for a team to play on is kept at the THPRD Athletic Center. Call for a copy of the list. GHOST CARDS Teams may purchase a maximum of two Ghost Cards for when the team is short roster players. Ghost cards will cost $40 each. Ghost cards can be used when teams have less than 10 players and are short players for a game. A player can be anyone who is NOT CURRENTLY playing on a coed team in any THPRD league. Ghost cards cannot be used during any playoff game. DEADLINE DEADLINE: 9:00 pm, Wednesday, August 29. Team roster (listing all players THPRD card numbers), placement sheet, entry fee and ghost card fees are due in the THPRD Athletic Center office. NO MAIL-IN REGISTRATION ACCEPTED. ONLINE REGISTRATION OPTION: Teams may turn in team roster (listing all players THPRD card numbers), placement sheet, and request of ghost cards. THPRD staff will go over the documentation and invoice will go to the managers in 24 hours. If payment is not received in 36 hours team will be dropped from the league. TEAM SELECTION LEAGUE: Max of 14 teams TEAM CLASSIFICATION Teams must complete the team placement form and return it with the roster. Team placement in divisions will be done if numbers allow. LEAGUE PLAY Friday Men s League. Eight (8) league games will be played on Fridays. DATES: Fridays, September 7 through October 26 GAMES TIMES: 6:30 pm, 7:45 pm, 8:45 pm FIELDS: HMT Complex (158th & Walker Rd.) Sunday COED League. Eight (8) league games will be played on Sundays. DATES: Sundays, September 9 through October 28 GAMES TIMES: 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm, 8:15 pm FIELDS: HMT Complex (158th & Walker Rd.)
3 AWARDS Awards will be given to league champions. LEAGUE RULES All divisions will abide by the 2018 International Football Association Board (IFAB) rules with the exception of minor league changes adopted by THPRD. ROSTER CHECKS All players must have photo ID at all games. Players found not to have ID will not be eligible to play in that game. Players not listed on the roster will not be eligible to participate in any games. Teams found to be using illegal players or players without proper ID during the game will forfeit that game. Exception: ghost cards. Team managers are required to have a copy of their official roster at all games. FORFEITS Any team forfeiting two games will be dropped from the league and forfeit all fees paid. REFEREES One referee per league game will be assigned. Anyone interested in becoming an official should call the Athletic Center office OTHER INSURANCE - THPRD does not supply insurance. All players play at their own risk. ROSTER ADDITIONS - Players may be added to the roster any time prior to the seventh league game.

Teams will be placed in leagues according to this information, last year s standings, returning players and the number of teams requesting certain leagues.
