For years HED wheels have proven to be the best; Bradley Wiggins took gold in the London Olympic games riding a HED H3 front wheel, Mark Cavendish has worn the green jersey in the Tour de France whilst riding HED wheels, Chrissie Wellington has won numerous IRONMAN World Championship titles whilst riding HED wheels and Javier Gomez Noya won an Olympic silver medal in triathlon whilst riding HED wheels. In 2011 the streets of Copenhagen witnessed a cycling specticle, Tony Martin, then riding for HTC Highroad, was crowned UCI World Time Trialling Champion and he did it in impressive fashion. Fabian Cancellara was tipped by many to take victory but Tony Martin prevailed and put out a staggering 51.4 km/h average speed over the 46.4 km TT course. On that day in Copenhagen back in September 2011, Tony Martin opted for a HED Jet 9 FR front wheel and a HED Jet Disc FR rear wheel. Why?
