Our services are centered around testing, coaching, consultancy and digital applications for individual clients, teams like the pro cycling team Lotto Soudal and companies. Energy Lab currently counts 5 labs in Belgium & the Netherlands and is part of the Golazo Group

4 OUR AMBITION Our organisation provides a unique road towards the Tour of Cambridgeshire with an online challenges portal. A central HUB were bike loving employees can win rewards by finishing challenges, connecting with their favourite sports apps, get training advise, motivational tips & usefull tricks to get as fit as possible towards the start of their personal goal, whether it s the Grand Fondo, the Team Time Trial or the Melo Vélo Ride. Next to the main event, employees are drawn towards the central HUB with a company kilometer goal. The kilometer goal can be linked to a good cause or selfselected company reward. Within a designated ToC challenge we create subchallenges, triggering employees to cycle to win the yellow (most km), polka dot (most altitude meters), green (fastest workout of at least 15 minutes), white (most km U23) or pink (most km, female) jersey. The launch (kick off) of the platform is online. Optionally we offer a kick off on the worksite with a workshop on how to use the platform, an inspiring keynote with a motivational speaker and off course, the first bike training, logging kilometers.

Break 54,526 km in one day and win a meet and greet with Sir Wiggins! ToC ELIMINATION RACE TEAM CHRONO CHALLENGE Cycle at least 3 times a week, gathering at least 127,6 km (the ToC Grand Fondo distance) a week during one month, starting 2 months before the ToC. Each week, those who did not furfill the challenge, are eliminated from teh race The winner gets a free Q&A session with an Professional Energy Lab coach and a free slot for the GF! Create Teams of 9 riders an cycle as much kilometers as possible during one day and win a free slot for you and your team in the ToC Team Chrono!

12 CORPORATE KILOMETER TARGET We create a ToC kilometer challenge, gathering as much kilometers as possible supporting a good cause. Choose as a company how much you would like to contribute for each kilometer your company gathers. The company with the most kilometers, wins the charity award!

13 ToC KICK OFF We launch the ToC challenges platform with a KICK OFF at the East of England Arena (Events Centre). The KICK OFF consists of an inspirational speech by Lotto Soudal Pro Cycling Coach Paul Van Den Bosch and an Energy Lab coach giving all the needed information on how to use the online portal. The sessions are also broadcasted live on the ToC facebook. ToC ambassadors (see later) will be tested at an Energy Lab venue or at the KICK OFF venue in the UK.

16 MAIN EVENT APOTHEOSIS FOR THE TOC AMBASSADORS The Ambassadors main event is the apotheosis of their life changing journey. While the ambassadors are giving their best during the 6 months prior to the main event training hard, they inspire and motivate there colleagues at home, contributing to the km challenge.

17 An inspiring godfather will be watching your back. No one less than Sven Nys will be joining us at the kick off camp and the ToC. He will keep everyone connected on the central Hub engaged with motivational vlogs, giving all necessary information to get as fit as possible towards the ToC. ToC godfather Sven is a former Belgian cyclocross athlete (2 x WC) and mountain biker.
