Toni has brought it to our attention that the person responsible for refreshments this month is not in attendance. And although Sam did send a refreshment for this month, it has happened in the past where we have not had any refreshments at our meeting. She has suggested that we fine a member $5.00 for forgetting their responsibility of bring refreshments should it happen in the future. After a small discussion regarding this issue, it was motioned by Toni and seconded by Jim. The motion carried and will be instituted starting January January is our BBQ meeting month. Come early, bring meat to sear so we can all seat outside, eat and enjoy each others company. Bring a side dish to share if you like.
