13 RECOMMENDATION Provides direct connections to LAX from all three directions. Best matches current ridership patterns with most customers from I-105/Norwalk segment wanting to travel north into Central LA. Provides direct service for the greatest number of current riders. Provides even spacing between trains on all segments and matches Blue and Expo Line frequencies. Simple routing and consistent schedules make this alternative easy to navigate. Second least expensive alternative. 13
