2 Koach Class information WELCOME TO KOACH ALLSTARS FOR THE SEASON! NEW CLASSES FOR OUR NEW SCHEDULE WILL START THE WEEK OF June 4th! REGISTRATION FOR NEW CLASSES STARTS June 1st! If you are signed up for a class currently please transfer your current class to the new times for our new season. NO TRYOUTS REQUIRED! NON-COMPETITIVE! NO RECITAL! 3 Tumbling at Koach At Koach, we strive to teach athletes tumbling skills with the best technique possible. We pride ourselves with our hands on 8 athletes per coach ratio in order to give athletes the best learning environment possible. By making classes smaller, coaches are able to break skills down for athletes, which has resulted in seeing new skills at a faster pace. Our tumbling classes are based on drills and technique so that the athlete is able to perform their skills independently at a faster rate. *IF A CLASS DOES NOT HAVE 5 KIDS ENROLLED WE WILL ASK THAT YOU TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT TIME TO ENSURE WE RUN EFFICIENT TUMBLING CLASSES* Tumbling class levels At Koach, we divide our tumbling classes by skill level in order to have athletes work on the same skills as other athletes in their levels. Our levels are divided as stated below: Level 1 : Beginner, forward roll, cartwheel, working back & front walkovers, and varieties of these skills Level 2 : Working on back handsprings and perfecting variations of the skill Level 3 : Working on back and front tucks, aerials, and perfecting variations of the skill Level 4 : Layouts, punch front step outs, standing tucks, whips, and perfecting variations of specialty skills Level 5 : Full twisting layouts, standing fulls, double fulls, arabians, and perfecting variations of specialty skills ** Although Koach divides our tumbling classes by skill level, there will be minimal classes offered by age, for example, Tiny Tumbling ages 3-6.** Tumbling Make up classes Koach Allstars does not offer make up tumbling classes due to our hands on 8 to 1 ratio, however there will be open gym opportunities to partake in if a tumbling class is missed!

4 Tumbling: What to wear Please wear comfortable attire to tumbling class. Leotards are welcome. Please make sure to wear CLEAN tennis shoes that are not worn outside in order to keep our mats clean. Barefoot is accepted as well. Please have your athlete s hair up and out of the face. There are custom orders offered in our pro shop for shoes and apparel. Tumbling Class Costs REGISTRATION FEE: $70 (Good through June 2018-May 2019) TUMBLING CLASS COST: 1 CLASS/WEEK, 1 HOUR EACH $55/month ADDITIONAL TUMBLING CLASS COST: 1 CLASS/WEEK, 1 HOUR EACH $35/month for an additional class

5 Cheer 101 AT KOACH Cheer Basics is a great prep class offered to those athletes interested in learning more about cheerleading. This class is also used to prepare athletes in the summer months before our Half Year tryouts. This class is open to any age level or experience level. It is not required for Half Year or Competition athletes. CHEER 101 class levels This class is available for all ages and all levels. This class will be split by age depending on the number of enrollments. Cheer 101 Make up classes Koach Allstars does not offer make up classes for cheer basics, however there will be open gym opportunities to partake in if a class is missed! 6 STRETCHING AT KOACH Stretch class is a combination of stretch techniques and jump drills in order to better athletes in their flexibility. This class is highly encouraged for any athlete participating in our cheerleading programs. STRETCHING class levels This class is available for all ages and all levels. Stretching Make up classes Koach Allstars does not offer make up classes for stretch class, however there will be open gym opportunities to partake in if a class is missed! 7 General Gym Expectations: With our new facility, we want to focus efforts on keeping our mats, equipment, and locker room clean and make sure it is taken care of. We have the most state of the art facility in the metro area. Please do your part in picking up your trash, taking care of the equipment, and overall, making Koach the best of the best. No food past the swinging door or in the locker room. Food must be eaten only in the waiting area in the office where the TV is. Gum must be spit out BEFORE entering Koach Allstars. Athletes will be expected to stay in the locker room or the waiting area before practices. We ask this to ensure the safety of everyone in the gym and give the attention of the classes that are going on before practices and after practices. No extra playtime will be allowed before or after practices. We ask parents to help our staff to enforce this policy. Parents, we ask that you stay in the waiting area or in the waiting room while practices are taking place. Please DO NOT go past the swinging door at the gym. Please respect our policy in efforts to keep athletes focused and our practice area clean from street shoes. Cheerleading is a unique sport where coaches are hands on with the athletes and need their attention. With that, coaches have a limited time to speak or meet with parents in between practices and classes so we ask if you have a question or want to speak with a coach, to and/or set up a meeting time to do so. Parking: please do not park in neighboring business until after 6pm. Please park on the south side of the street to allow for trucking traffic to still flow. Parent drop off is allowed at Koach.

8 iclass pro help: How to create an account Go to Click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT/PARENT LOG IN on the top of the page Click on Create An Account on the left Put in all information in the boxes Account is then created! How to sign up for a trial class Log into your iclass Pro account via Click on Classes on the top left Find your class your would like to do a trial for Click Enroll Now on the right side of your class you want to do a trial Change Enrollment type from Active to Trial Select Student from drop down tab Select your start date Click Continue Enrollment on bottom right Click Add to Cart to verify class Click Proceed to Checkout Click Continue Click Complete Transaction You have now successfully registered for a trial class! How sign up as an active athlete Log into your iclass Pro account via Click on Classes on the top left Find your class your would like to do a trial for Click Enroll Now on the right side of your class you want to do a trial Make sure Enrollment type is selected for Active Select Student from drop down tab Select your start date Click Continue Enrollment on bottom right Update payment information if not already set up Submit payment information on bottom right Click Complete Transaction You have now successfully registered for an active class!

9 How to go from a trial to an active athlete Log into your iclass Pro account via Click on Enrollment on the left Click on View Enrollments of your trial class Bottom right of the box has the option of Drop, click on that Click Drop Click Request Drop You will then have to wait for your drop request to be processed and then you may proceed in the steps to register as an active member! How to transfer classes Log into your iclass Pro account via Click on Enrollment on the left Click on View Enrollments of your current class Bottom right of the box has the option of Transfer, click on that Click Pick Your Class on bottom right Select your new class you would like to transfer to Click Transfer on your new selected class Click on Complete Transfer You are now submitted for a transfer request, you will receive an as soon as your transfer is processed! How to drop a class Log into your iclass Pro account via Click on Enrollment on the left Click on View Enrollments of your current class Bottom right of the box has the option of Drop, click on that Put in the date of your requested last day of enrollment Click Request Drop on bottom right You are now submitted for a drop request, you will receive an as soon as your drop request is processed! Wait list When you are selecting a class and see that is full, you may click Wait list Wait list will appear in the enrollment type Make sure you have the correct student and start date Click continue enrollment Click Add to Cart Click Proceed to Checkout Click Continue Click Complete Transaction *You will not be enrolled in a class that you have signed up for a waitlist for until you are approved*
