Now is the time to plan to Honor our State Winners and renew friendships from past SRD s. We will honor our winners with awards as Royalty, Division Winners, and KOPS Graduates. Be inspired by our Alumni KOPS and The Circle of Light. They have all worked hard for the well-deserved honor they will receive. We will be welcoming NEW Regional Director, Deanna Bies. ASSESSMENT: All Chapters will be assessed $11 per active member, whether in attendance or not. Please dress in the appropriate attire. If you are going to take part in any of the special events that will require you to be on stage, please follow this dress code: Friday only Dress code is lifted USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT Saturday Females Dress Skirt & Blouse Street, Long, or Tea Length DRESS SLACKS AND DRESS BLOUSE WILL BE ALLOWED NO SWEAT SUITS, OR WIND SUITS. 2 HOTEL RESERVATIONS; Call the Ramada Inn for your room reservations: Rooms are $79.00 plus tax for 1-4 persons. Hot buffet breakfast is served for all overnight guest. Deadline for reservations is April 15, Be sure to tell them you are with the TOPS SRD group for the special rate. A 48 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL AFTER THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE ROOM. SPECIAL EVENTS These are the special events that members may participate in. (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL EVENTS). PARADE OF SUCCESS: Any TOPS member, who has lost 30 pounds from highest weight, may participate. Please bring a fashion item worn before your weight loss. Indicate prior clothes size and current clothes size on the registration form. CENTURY RECIPIENTS: To be awarded the Medallion you must have completed Form L- 18 and followed the instructions set forth. If you will be receiving your award at SRD, please indicate so on the registration form. We will recognize Past Century Recipient members who have kept their weight off through the time of SRD. If you are a Past Century Recipient member please indicate the year you received it. KOPS: We encourage all KOPS to participate in the KOPS program. You need to be a KOPS by December 31, 2017 and be registered at TOPS Headquarters by January 31, Please indicate if you are an Alumni KOPS, Graduating KOPS, or a KOPS of less than one year. Make sure you are pre-registered and check in at the registration table. **Flashlights will be LOANED TO ALL ALUMNI KOPS and must be returned following the CIRCLE OF LIGHTS. CHAPTER ROYALTY: Chapter KINGS and QUEENS will be recognized for the year of If Chapter King or Queen cannot attend, Runner Ups can be honored. They can also graduate at SRD. STATE ROYALTY AND DIVISION WINNERS: Jessica Burnett, Coordinator will notify the winners. Your instructions will be in the notification letter. PAST ROYALTY: All the State and International winners, Kings, Queens, Runners-up and Alumni Century Recipient members; if you have retained your loss, we d like to recognize you. WISHING WELL: Remember to bring your WISHING WELL PLEDGE, verified with your Weight Recorder s signature at the last weigh-in before SRD. You must be checked in at the WISHING WELL table by 6:00 PM on Friday. Pledges for participation next year will be on sale for $3.00 each. (You have to be present to receive your honors) 2

3 SPECIAL HONORS: ALL OFFICERS from August 2017 to July 2018 will be honored at SRD. Pre-Registration is needed. Please remember to wear the appropriate attire for going on stage. (SEE INCLUDED FORM) All correspondence for SRD should be mailed to the address on the respective forms. Remember, it is very important to pre-register for the special events. No one will be allowed to participate without being pre-registered. Please remember to dress in the appropriate attire when on stage. PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS March 25, 2018 FOR ALL EVENTS LEADERS: Please follow through so all members from your chapter will receive the recognition they deserve. NO OTHER LETTERS WILL FOLLOW, so hang on to this one and read and re-read it at your Chapter meetings. Encourage as many members as you can to attend. CHINESE AUCTION: We are asking Chapters to donate a theme basket, hand crafted item or something of your own choosing. The Chinese Auction will be Friday at the closing of the evening session.
