3 MASTER TEAM Each Couple (M1+F1) e (M2+F2) 6 Rope Climb M1+M2 18 Clean + 18 Stoh 80kg Each Couple (M1+F1) e (M2+F2) 6 Rope Climb F1+F2 18 Clean + 18 Stoh 45kg Men will perform legless rope climb, women will perform any style rope climb. 2
4 FLOW OPEN The team will be divided into two triplets: M1+M2+F1 and M3+M4+F2. The team will find the barbell loaded on the platform, and the team will have two ropes, one for each triplet. There will be performed 9 climbing ropes per triplet. Until they will have completed all the rope climb of both triplets (therefore M1+M2+F1 = 9 climb rope; M3+M4+F2 = 9 rope climb) the athletes can not go to the barbell even if a triplet has already performed its rep. Each component each triplet must performed have at least 1 climb rope. When the climbing ropes are over, two men will go on board and perform 18 clean (any style) and 18 stoh with 80 kg. The choice of which men will go on board is given to the team with the specification that both will have to do at least 1 rep for exercise. Perform the reps of clean and stoh by the two men, the triplets will return to the ropes and perform 6 rope climbs. After completing the 6 climbing ropes by the two triplets, the two women will go on board and perform 18 clean and 18 stoh with a weight of 55 kg. On completing the clean repetitions and stoh by the women's team, the two triplets will return to complete the rope where it will perform 3 rope climb. When finished the 3 rope climbs, the other two men not yet engaged in the clean and the stoh will go on board and perform 18 clean and 18 stoh with 100 kg. It is the task of the team to increase the weight of the men's balance. MASTER The team will be divided into two couplets: M1+F1 and M2+F2. The team will find the barbell loaded on the platform, and the team will have two ropes, one for each couple. There will be performed 6 climbing ropes per team. Until they will have completed all the rope climb of both teams (therefore M1+F1 = 6 climb rope; M2+F2 = 6 rope climb) the athletes can not go to the barbell even if a team has already performed its rep. Each component each cuople must have at least 1 climb rope. When the climbing ropes are over, two men will go on board and perform 18 clean (any style) and 18 stohs with 80 kg. Both will have to do at least 1 rep for exercise. Perform the reps of clean and stoh by the two men, the two couplets will return to the ropes and perform 6 rope climbs. Each component of the couplets must have at least 1 climb rope. After completing the 6 climbing ropes by the two couplets, the two women will go on board and perform 18 clean and 18 stoh with a weight of 45 kg. 3
5 STANDARD ROPE CLIMB LEGLESS (MEN) Athletes can jump, but they can t use legs to climb the rope. Athletes must touch the crossbeam. Once touched the crossbeam the athlete can immediately use leg to descend the rope (they can use legs once touched the crossbeam, is not required to put both hands on the rope before to close legs around the rope). For women rope climb is any style. Every athlete must perform at least one rope climb. CLEAN (ANY STYLE) Athletes stars with barbell on the ground. Touch & go is permitted. No bouncing is permitted. Once dropped, the barbell must settle on the ground before the athlete begins the next repetition. The repetition finish when the athlete is in top position, with the barbell in front rack with hips, knees fully extended and the elbows forward the barbell. Every athlete must perform at least one clean. STOH (ANY STYLE) The repetition starts with the barbell in front rack and finish with the barbell into overhead position. Shoulder press, push press, push jerk, split jerk, squat jerk are permitted. Anyway knees, hips, elbows must be fully locked out in the overhead position and the barbell directly over or slightly behind the middle of the body. Every athlete must perform at least one stoh. 4
6 PENALTY At the time cap every missing rep will be added at the time cap. 1 rep = 1 second. 5
7 FAQ 1. Can we alternate during the rope climb? Each triplet will have one rope, every athlete must perform one rope climb. 2. Are this synchro rope climb? No, each triplet must reach the prescribed number of rope climb. 3. Are this synchro clean or synchro stoh? No, every couple will have just one men barbell and one women barbell on the platform. 4. Do we have to divide equally the repetitions? No, but every athlete must perform at least one repetition. 5. Can I start the first stoh immediately after the last clean without dropping the barbell? Yes. 6. Can I drop the barbell? Yes, but just on the platform. 7. Can I perform one clean followed by a stoh? No, you must before finish all the prescribed clean repetitions and then you can start the stoh. 8. Can I do a squat clean? Yes, you can perform a squat, power or split clean. 9. After the last clean, can I perform a snatch? No, this is a shoulder to overhead, so every rep must start from the shoulder. 6
