1 LEVEL 7 REQUIREMENTS Level 7 is the final compulsory level. It incorporates bonus elements and choreography of the athletes and coaches choice. Level Type: Number (Type) of Exercises: Music: Order of Elements: Maximum Length of Exercise: Special Requirements: Restrictions: Difficulty: Compulsory skills, with choice of standard or bonus elements. Choreography of the athletes and coaches choice. One (combined) The exercise must be performed to music. Music selection is of the coaches and athletes choice. Optional 3 minutes 1. The top must be supported in the landings of all dismounts by the base(s). A special requirement penalty of 1.0 applies if the landing is not supported. 1. No additional pair/group elements of value are permitted in the exercise. The penalty for additional elements is a 1.0 deduction to be taken no more than one time in each exercise. 2. No linking between skills is permitted, unless specified in the skill description. A clear and controlled beginning and end must be performed otherwise credit for both skills will be lost. Level 7 exercises are comprised of eleven to thirteen elements, depending on the event. Pair exercises are comprised of four balance elements, four dynamic elements, and five individual elements. Women s group has three balance pyramids, four dynamic elements, and five individual elements. Men s group has two balance pyramids, four dynamic elements, and five individual elements. Pair/groups select one skill from each row in the compulsory tables. The skills in column A are the standard skills and column B represents the bonus skills. The base difficulty score is a 9.0 given for successful completion of all of the standard elements. Each standard element has a matching element of greater difficulty that gives a bonus of 0.1 per row if successfully completed. can be earned to a maximum of 1.0 for the exercise for a total possible difficulty score of If a required row is not successfully performed, the difficulty score is reduced by the row value (listed in the skill descriptions on the following pages) Specifications

Hand to hand handstand on bent arms of base (3 ). Inlocate lift to stand on shoulders (3 ). Inlocate lift to high tuck support (3 ). High support in straddle or pike position (3 ). Top s hands on base s shoulders, base holds top with one hand on top s staged knee (1 ). Base goes to sit (3 ). From either foot to hand, straight body dismount with twist to supported landing on floor. High 2:2 support in straddle position or high hand to hand elbow lever (3 ). High support in straddle or pike position (1 ). Base slides to split (3 ). From foot to hand, back or front tuck salto dismount. Base supports landing. High frontbird. Pop twist to high backbird. Toe pitch to reverse foot to hand (foose up). From stand, base lifts top in back tuck salto over head. From stand, base lifts top in back pike or layout salto over head. Toe pitch, straddle jump to supported landing on floor. Toe pitch, back tuck salto to supported landing on floor. Back walkover Valdez start in sit with one or two legs bent, back walkover motion. 1 Straddle hold or elbow lever on the floor (2 ). Tuck shoot to handstand. Show vertical with legs 1 Forearm stand (optional leg and body position) (2 ). Back extension roll through handstand. Starting with feet together, show vertical with feet 1 Front handspring to two feet. Elbow lever on head and one arm of base (3 ). Straddle support on head and one arm of base (1 ). Base goes to sit (3 ). Hand to hand on bent arms of base (1 ). Base goes to one knee (3 ). From regular hand to hand on bent arms of base, 2/4 back layout salto dismount (hecht) OR 2/4 back layout salto over head of base (base turns to support landing). From either foot to hand, back or front tuck salto dismount. Base supports landing. Toe pitch straddle jump to supported landing on floor. Toe pitch, back tuck salto to supported landing on floor. Toe pitch to reverse foot to hand (foose up). Toe pitch twist to regular foot to hand. Base boosts top in back tuck salto over head to stand on floor. From stand, base lifts top in back pike or layout salto over head. Straight or middle split. Valdez OR Healy twirl 1 Straddle hold or elbow lever on the floor (2 ). Tuck shoot to handstand. From regular or reverse foot to hand, straddle jump dismount. Base supports landing. High support in straddle or pike (1 ). Base goes to split (3 ). From either foot to hand, back or front tuck salto dismount. Base supports landing. Toe pitch to reverse foot to hand (foose up). From regular or reverse foot to hand, tempo toss back to foot to hand. From stand, base lifts top in back pike or layout salto over head. From roundoff or roundoff / flic, base boosts top in back pike or layout salto over head. Toe pitch straddle jump to supported landing on floor. Toe pitch back tuck salto to supported landing on floor. 5 3 LEVEL 7 WOMEN S GROUP Base in lunge, top in straddle support on base s knee, middle in straddle on base s back leg (1 ). Top presses to handstand (3 ). Base may assist with all phases. For credit, straddle hold and beginning of press must be performed from support position, not sit. ½ column, top standing on base s shoulders with one leg in back scale (leg straight). Top holds middle s hands, arms or shoulders. Base goes free (3 ). Double supported high straddle or pike position on one straight arm of each base (3 ). Top stands on platform, straddle jump dismount. Base supports landing. Top stands on platform, tempo toss with twist back to stand on platform. Supported handstand, bases throw top in ¼ back layout salto to forearm catch on stomach. For throw, bases may support top s hands, arms, and/or shoulders (no support on torso). Top stands on platform, front ¾ tuck or pike salto to forearm catch on back. 1/4 1/4 Base in lunge, top in arch handstand on base s knee. Middle in handstand on base s back leg (3 ). Base may support top at hips, lower back, waist, and or buttocks. No support on legs. ½ column, base supports middle with middle facing out. Top in tuck, pike or straddle support on straight arms of middle (3 ). Base in bridge holding one of middle s legs. Middle in push-up position on base s knees. Top in straddle support on middle s back/neck holding middle s free leg. (Either leg of middle may be bent or straight). Back tuck salto dismount from stand on platform or double toe pitch OR Front tuck salto dismount from stand on platform. Base supports landing. Top stands on platform, tempo toss with twist back to stand on platform, in tempo ¼ front or back layout salto to forearm catch on stomach. Supported handstand, bases throw top in ¼ back layout salto with twist to forearm catch on back. For throw, bases may support top s hands, arms, and/or shoulders (no support on torso). Top runs to boosted front ¾ tuck or pike salto to forearm catch on back. Back walkover Valdez start in sit with one or two legs bent, back walkover motion. 6 LEVEL 7 MEN S GROUP B1 lies on back with legs raised, B2 is in chair position and leans against B1 s feet. Top in straddle or pike support on straight arms of B1. Middle in supported handstand on shoulders of B2 (3 ). Two bases in side-by-side lunges. Middle stands on bases thighs with support of one arm of each base. Top in straddle or pike support on head and one hand of middle. Top in handstand on 3-man platform, 2/4 front or back layout salto to stand on floor support landing. Top stands on 3-man platform, tempo toss with twist back to stand on platform. In pairs, toe pitch straddle jump to supported landing on floor. (0.2) (0.2) B1 lies on back with legs raised, B2 standing and leaning against B1 s feet. Top in handstand on bent arms of B2. Middle in straddle or pike support on straight arms of B1.
