Students accepted into a master's program are classified as "master's" and students accepted into a doctoral program are classified as "doctoral" with the following exception: students with a bachelor's degree who are accepted into a doctoral program are classified as "master's" until they have completed 30 hours toward the doctorate. The post-baccalaureate category generates master's level funding for graduate semester credit hours. Source: SIMS files, official 12-class day data (UPO-107).
