All entry fee will go into the prize fund. If a team want to be eligible to participate at the team event, all players need to participate at a minimum of 2 other single disciplines. Age limits U17 An athlete must have no more than their 16th birthday in the EC year U19 An athlete must have their 17th or 18th birthday in the EC year U23 An athlete must have their 19th to 22nd birthday in the event year Girls An athlete must have no more than their 18th birthday in the EC year Men/Women An athlete must hate their 15th in the year in which the event takes place Senior/lady An athlete must at least have their 42nd birthday in the EC year / 6

That is why the payment deadline is set so early. I hope you understand that this is the only way to book hotels for such a big event. 6 Extra Rules for this EC only!!!!! 1. Each federation who wants to take part at the EC need to arrive with minimum 3 athletes at the arrival day, This is necessary because of the grand opening 2. In general it is not allowed to participate in two different categories. Exceptions are: A. U23 players may participate at Men straight pool and / or 10 Ball. This is only because U23 normally only play 8 & 9 Ball. B. Girls & Ladies may participate at the Women straight pool discipline. This only because they don t have straight pool in their program. 3. It is not possible for this event to have half board included in the hotel price for the Youth players. 4. The available triple rooms (24) will be reserved in the first place to use by the participants at the Youth EC. After that the triple rooms left will be available for other reservations / 6
