3 Team Package Team Entry Fee Meals Café Team Package Per player 3 nights accommodation at Hotel (Bed and Breakfast) Arrival Thursday 19 th May / Departure Sunday 22 nd May Transport to and from Glasgow Airport / Train Station Transport between official hotel and competition hall Team and Individual entry (Max 3 events in Individual) Packed Lunch during Team Event only Each team will receive a free package for their coach/leader Team Entry Fee (for teams not using the Package) Minimum 4 and maximum 8 players (2 4 boys/2 4 girls). 1. Fee includes entry to Team Event, packed lunch on Friday and Youth T-shirt Dinner will be available at 11 per person on Friday 20 th and Saturday 21 st May. Please use the Meals Form to confirm your order if required. Café facilities will be available through the hours of play at each venue. Visa Requests All players requiring a visa must apply in writing providing: Name and designation, passport number, place of issue, date of issue and expiry date Insurance The Organisers decline responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other damages. It is up to participants to insure themselves. Medical A physiotherapist will be present in the sports hall during the championships. Prizes Clothing Shuttlecocks Court Officials Individual Entry to Team Event Team Trophy, Gold and Silver Medals Individual Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals BWF Yonex AS30 (included in the entry fee) Semi-finals and finals will be led by BADMINTONscotland Court Officials Players can participate in 3 categories. Singles and doubles will be played in pools. Where possible, practice courts will be made available at requested times, but this cannot be guaranteed.
