The following tournament conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Rules of Casino Canberra American Roulette. The tournament will be conducted by the Tournament Director/Assistant in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this document and the approved Rules of American Roulette (Rules) and, in the event of any inconsistency, the Rules shall prevail. 2. The tournament has a guaranteed prize pool of $24,000 (to be paid in cash or cheque). The prize pool will be awarded to the eligible place-getters as follows: Tournament Prize Pool: Places Prize Pool 1 st $10,000 2 nd $6,000 3 rd $4,000 4 th $2,500 5 th $1,000 6 th $500 In addition, there shall be a Final Lucky Draw: comprising two (2) cash prizes of $500 each Only persons eligible to enter the Casino and who are Infinity Program members are eligible to enter the tournament. Once a person has registered for the tournament, the entry is nontransferable. A person who has won (and been registered for) a seat in the tournament, may transfer that entry subject to clauses 28 and 29 below. 4. The Entry Fee for eligible participants is: 4.1 $100 2 ; or 1 The prize pool for the Final Lucky Draw is $1,000 (in total). Refer clause 18 below. 1

2 4.2 10,000 Infinity Member points; 5. Lucky draw seats into tournament: 5.1 Each participant in a Sit n Go Roulette tournament (other than a player who has won an entry ticket into this tournament), will have been given an entry into a lucky draw to win a seat into this tournament. 5.2 The lucky draw for two seats into the tournament will be conducted at 14: Two winners will be drawn to join the qualifying rounds of the tournament. 5.4 If a winner of the draw is not present, a re-draw will be conducted. 5.5 If a winner of the draw has already paid money (or used points) for his or her entry fee into the tournament, this shall be refunded. 6. An eligible participant, who meets the entry fee requirement (as above), is required to present a valid ID at the registration location prior to the start time for the tournament, for registration and seat assignment purposes. Registration cuts-off at 15:00 (unless sold out earlier or the tournament starting time is delayed). 7. Number of Players: Minimum of 10 players / Maximum of 100 players. 8. If the minimum numbers of players have not registered by 14:30hrs, then the starting time for the tournament may be delayed by the Tournament Director/Assistant up until 15:30hrs. 9. The Tournament Director/Assistant shall announce the revised starting time on or before 15:00hrs. If any player (other than a player who has won, or has been transferred, a seat in the tournament), wishes to obtain a refund of their entry fee, due to the delay, this shall be allowed. 10. If the minimum number of players has not been reached by the time notified as the revised starting time, the tournament shall not proceed. 11. Registered participants must be present at a session of the tournament, in person, 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. 12. The tournament consists of 3 rounds (unless there are less than 19 participants, in which case the Semi-Final Round will not take place). 2 Those players (or eligible transferees) who are registered for a seat in the tournament, as a result of an earlier Sit n Go roulette Tournament, are regarded as having paid the $100 entry fee for the tournament. 2

3 13. The number of rounds will be in accordance with the attached Tournament Seating Schedule: 13.1 a Qualifying Round 13.2 a Semi-Final Round; and 13.3 a Final Round. 14. The amount of Tournament Chips that will be distributed to each player at the commencement of a session held during: 14.1 the Qualifying Round: shall be $500 worth of Tournament Chips; 14.2 the Semi-Final Round: shall be $1,000 worth of Tournament Chips; and 14.3 the Final Round: shall be $2,000 worth of Tournament Chips. 15. Qualifying Round: 15.1 There will be a maximum total of 100 participants in the Qualifying Round. A minimum of two tables per session will be run during the Qualifying Round. The number of players per table and the number of players to progress from the Qualifying Round to the Semi-Final Round, will be in accordance with the attached Tournament Seating Schedule A session in the Qualifying Round will consist of 3 spins Table limits for the Qualifying Round are as per the limits of a $5 flat bet roulette table. 16. Semi- Final Round: 16.1 The number of players per table and the number of players to progress from the Semi-Final Round to the Final Round, will be in accordance with the attached Tournament Seating Schedule The Semi- Final Round will consist of 5 spins Table limits for the Semi- Final Round are as per the limits of a $5 flat bet roulette table. 17. Final Round: 17.1 The number of players on the final table will be in accordance with the attached Tournament Seating Schedule. 3

4 17.2 The Final Round will consist of 7 spins Table limits for the Final Round are as per the limits of a $5 flat bet roulette table The top six (6) placegetters will be awarded with prizes. 18. Final Lucky Draw: 18.1 All players in the tournament, excluding the top six (6) placegetters, can place their registration voucher into the barrel for the Final Lucky Draw Two (2) winners will be drawn from the barrel and each winner will receive a cash prize of $ The Final Lucky Draw will be drawn within 30 minutes after the Final Round has been completed. Other terms and Conditions: 19. In the case of a tie between two or more players for a seat in the next round, additional rounds of play will be completed until there is a result. 20. Where there is such a tie in any round (other than the final), in circumstances where the tied players have no chips left, each player will be given the stipulated amount of tournament chips for that round; with the corresponding limits, and will play an additional 3 spins to determine which player(s) qualify for the next round. 21. Where there is a tie between two or more players in the Final, who are contesting the same distribution(s) of the prize pool, the relevant prize(s) shall be combined and divided equally between these players. 22. Players will start each round with the stipulated amount of tournament chips for that round. Chips will not carry forward to subsequent rounds. 23. There shall be no Racetrack or Neighbour bets allowed during the Roulette Tournament. 24. A minimum of one chip on numbers or corners must be wagered per spin. 25. Failure to adhere to the tournament terms and conditions will result in disqualification. 26. Affiliates, contractors, directors, and/or employees associated with Aquis Entertainment and/or the Host are not eligible to participate in the promotional activity. 4

5 27. Guest must be aged eighteen (18) years or older to be eligible to access the venue and/or participate in this promotional activity. Previously excluded guests are not eligible to access the venue and/or participate in this promotional activity. 28. A player who has won an entry ticket into this $25,000 Grand Finale Roulette Tournament and has been registered for the tournament (as a consequence of participating in a Sit n Go Roulette tournament): 28.1 must present a valid ID at the registration location, prior to the start of the tournament, in order to take that seat and validate their registration; or 28.2 may transfer that prize to another Infinity member (eligible transferee). 29. An eligible transferee claiming a seat in the $25,000 Grand Finale Roulette Tournament, as a consequence of a transfer, must provide satisfactory evidence of the transfer and present a valid ID at the registration location, prior to the start of the tournament, in order to take that seat and validate their registration. 30. If a player who has won a seat into the tournament via another tournament conducted by the Casino (or an eligible transferee), does not take his or her seat in the tournament, then: 30.1 the Tournament Director/Assistant may offer that seat to another player (subject to that player meeting the entry requirements for the tournament); and 30.2 the value of the entry ticket relating to the first-mentioned player (or eligible transferee) will still be included in the prize pool for the tournament. 5
