Please feel free to make any additional comments that you feel would be useful to the Board as we consider future event locations, formats, etc. for LXX: Response 1 Any of the above mentioned resorts are fine with me depending on the time of year. 1 Change location of Spring event for more variety. 1 Emphasize LXX flexibility re how many days of golf member can play - ditto wives 1 I am concerned about the efficiency and effectiveness.of the LXX administration. For instance, on the website, the tournament results are outdated and present results only for 2013 and I would expect the current tournament results to be posted within two weeks after the event. T here are those of us who are interested in our members' play even if we were unable to attend. Also, I would expect the minutes of the annual meeting to be posted within the same time frame. Apparently, there is a dues increase of 33% for 2017 but no explanation of the reason. We increased 20% the preceding year. Untimely, or lack of, communications, paper and electronic, in some measure makes me, as a member, feel irrelevant, perhaps unwanted! Additionally, I'm not sure LXX adheres to its scheduling philosophy. At the annual meeting two years ago, there was lengthy discussion on the importance of having the fall event in mid-to-late October to accommodate those of us who spend summers in the Northea 1 LXX needs to broaden awarness of the club while maintaining its aura of exclusivity. T his can easily be done with a carfully chossen internet promo on sites like the USGA or PGA which golfers frequent. Or buy and blast to a mailing list sorted by senior golfers. Need to modernize exposure; better to have too many applicants and turn down those that we don't think are suitable. 1 Late October or mid November is best for us going from MA to FL. Also I am just guessing but I think price is a consideration for some! best regards. 1 Most of new locations are better than Omni Amelia. T hat location was the reason we did not atttend. Look forward to Fla. 1 Was Fall T ournament Director, Eastern Seniors for 10 plus years. Negotiated events at Sea Island, Kiawah, Kingsmill, Seaview, NJ, Pine Needles, Skytop, PA and others. 1 We did not attend the Omni Amelia event. We have been there and felt it is nothing special. Looking forward to Fla. and many others.

18 Response 1 We should broaden our member search by finding locations that attract more golfers. i.e. a bucket list. T hat's why I support going outside the Southeast U.S. T he board should also ask the question about the annual attraction to Mountain Lake? Maybe 3-4 excursions per year would attract more members even if they did not attend every event? 1 i have talked with a number of prospective candidates about joining - they all live in the midwest and tend to believe that LXX is primarily an east coast organization (don't know whether this is true or not) - some said they would considered joining if some of the events were held at midwest and west coast venues - might have a negative impact on members who live on the east coast - survey should help clarify the issue 1 summer-fall months hard to travel for us from our NC location. 17.
