LETTING SCHEME Owners may also place any or all of their weeks into our letting programme. We will assume all costs (marketing, reservations, housekeeping charge, etc.) associated with letting the week(s) to visiting golfers and holiday makers and pay the owner one-half of all revenue received. There is no guarantee that any particular Residence will be rented. FIXED RENTAL LETTING SCHEME (GUARANTEED RETURN) For those who do not wish to acquire the Residence initially for use and occupancy, we will let all of the weeks back from the owner upon purchase for a three-year term and will pay the owner a fixed rent equal to seven percent (7%) of the purchase price. The rent will be paid annually at the end of each year during the term. Please be advised that in all cases, the owner remains responsible for payment of the Annual Estate Charge.
