3 Millionaires Row/Skye Terrace Sit in the same seats as the world s most revered racing enthusiasts. These interior dining areas are designed to impress as you entertain clients or celebrate a special social occasion. All levels of these large group areas provide scenic vantage points to view the races from our four-tiered balconies or via monitors from the comfort of your table. Amenities include easy access to mutuel tellers, self-service wagering machines, multiple television monitors, cash bars and a Chef s Table buffet lunch. Seating on regular race days starts at $34.50 per person and includes admission ticket, racing program, Chef s Table buffet and soft beverages. 4 Matt Winn Dining Room This venue is named for Colonel Martin J. Matt Winn, who made the Kentucky Derby famous. His efforts throughout the early 1900s shaped Churchill Downs into what it is today: the premier horse racing establishment in America. Feast at the Chef s Table gourmet buffet or order off the dining menu in a spacious, comfortable setting. Easy-to-see television monitors mean you can enjoy your full-service meal without missing any of the action. Mutuel tellers, self-service wagering machines and a cash bar are conveniently nearby. Located in the Third Floor Clubhouse, the Matt Winn Dining Room is ideal for more intimate groups. Seating is cozily arranged in tables of 2 to 8 guests, with a maximum room capacity of 244. Tickets start at $15 and include a dining room seat, an outdoor reserved box seat and a racing program. Full-room rentals are available. 5 Reserved Box Seats Perched along the frontstretch of the racetrack, your group will have a panoramic view of the entire field. Outdoor boxes are located on three different levels, each with a frontand-center view of every finish. Outdoor boxes provide a covered or uncovered open-air environment perfect for enjoying Kentucky in the spring and fall. Indoor box seats feature VIP amenities where you can relax in a climate-controlled, glass enclosure with in-box waitstaff service. Whether indoors or out, you ll have a spectacular view of the track with food, drinks and betting windows right around the corner. 6 Stakes, Aristides & Director s Rooms Click here for virtual tour Your group can overlook the racetrack from a private room in the Fourth Floor Clubhouse. With perfect views of the Finish Line and historic Twin Spires, you ll truly experience the best view in racing. The Stakes, Aristides and Director s Rooms are luxurious private spaces attached to a large foyer and balcony where your guests will receive second-to-none hospitality. Available during the race meet and before the race day, these rooms are sure to exceed expectations for your business and social events. The Stakes Room accommodates a minimum of 100 guests and a maximum of 168 guests. The Aristides Room accommodates a minimum of 75 guests and a maximum of 120 guests. Tickets begin at $57 per person and include admission ticket, racing program, Chef s Table buffet and soft beverages for each guest. The preferred dress code is business casual attire, and valet parking for your guests is available at Gate 10. Director s Room The Director s Room is a private, exclusive lounge boasting a spacious and inviting layout with rich furnishings. The wraparound balcony off the Director s Room provides one of the most generous and breathtaking views at Churchill Downs. The room accommodates groups between 40 and 60, and guests receive exclusive access to a private bar, wagering and gourmet dining options. Rates for the Director s Room start at $67 per person on regular race days.

Located on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, each luxury suite features a private balcony that boasts a stunning view of the track. Treat your party to first-rate, sterling service. Amenities include a private self-service wagering machine, wet bar and waitstaff. Complimentary racing programs can be picked up from the concierge desk as you make your entrance on the fourth floor. Customized catering is available, ranging from light refreshments to full luncheon packages. Jockey Club Suites are the ideal setting for corporate entertainment or small celebrations with family and friends. Most suites accommodate 24 or 26 guests. Regular race-day suite rentals start at $350 for the entire suite.
