In the back straight KINGSBRAE JEFF (2) then shifts out and checks MY NAMES CHLOE (8) who goes on to hamper TYLAHS SHOUT (7) Both lose ground. On the turn to the finish STAGE FRIGHT (4) drifts wide losing position. At the catching pen ZULU REIGN (6) shifts out checking HEAD DIVA (8) who loses round. In the back straight HEAD DIVA (8) checks off the back of ZULU REIGN (6) dragging it down. STORMY THUNDA (9) raced wide throughout, and was checked by the Clubs Veterinary Surgeon and found to have an injured shoulder. Shortly after the start BLUE GEE TEE (1) brushed the running rail and again when POPPY S ROSE (5) shifted ground onto BLUE GEE TEE (1). Both greyhounds losing balance. WATTA STORM (2) shifted wide through the catching pen hampering ZULU ZIPSTER (6). BRAVO ROSE (7) tired over the concluding stages. BLUE GEE TEE (1) was examined by the clubs Veterinary Surgeon and found to have an injury to the shoulder. POPPY S ROSE (5) was examined by the clubs Veterinary Surgeon after an incident in the catching pen which revealed an injury to the near-side thigh. BLUE GEE TEE (1) Near-side triceps 21-days. 9 RACE 8 PALMERBET STAYERS STAKES 620M WINNER KULU CHANCE (2) KULU CHANCE (2) was best to begin. All greyhounds were tight and bumping after the start. Entering the home straight on the 1 st occasion SMOOTH CLAUDIA (1) lost momentum easing off the heels of GOLDEN KHAN (3). Entering the home straight KULU CHANCE (2), GOLDEN KHAN (3), HIM THE MASTER (4) and ZIPPING OLYMPIA (6) were racing tight vying for the lead as a result HIM THE MASTER (4) and ZIPPING OLYMPIA (6) lost balance. In the home straight KINGSBRAE AVENUE (5) fell as a result of colliding with SMOOTH CLAUDIA (1). KINGSBRAE AVENUE (5) was examined by the clubs Veterinary Surgeon and no apparent injury was found. PRICE RISE (3) shifted in at the bottom turn whilst JACKI FLASHSTORM (1) was shifting out resulting in BRAINSTORM BOB (2) caught in between runners faltering failing to finish. JACK FLASHSTORM (1) and PRICE RISE (3) collided entering the back both faltering to tail off for the remainder of the race. BRAINSTORM BOB (2) was examined by the clubs Veterinary Surgeon and found to have fractured a hock and humanely euthanized. JACKI FLASHSTORM (1) was examined by the clubs Veterinary Surgeon and found to have injured a back muscle. PRICE RISE (3) was examined by the clubs Veterinary Surgeon and found to have injured a back muscle. JACKI FLASHSTORM (1) Near-side back muscle 42-days. PRICE RISE (3) Off-side back muscle 42-days.
