Entering the back straight DANCING DOLLY (8) galloped on the heels of SWITCH BLADE (1) resulting in DANCING DOLLY (8) falling and taking no further part in the event. A Veterinary examination of DANCING DOLLY (8) revealed a fracture to the near-side front leg and the greyhound was humanely euthanized.
