By entering this show, you confirm that you are a fully paid up member of SAEF, DSA and a Club. 3. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes and classes may not run in scheduled order. 4. Telephonic entries or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted. Late entries and/or late payments will be subject to a penalty of R No dogs please. 6. Hard hats and boot/shoes with a heel must be worn at all times whilst riding on the showground. 7. Horses may compete in a maximum of two tests per day. Advanced horses one test per day. 8. Spot checks will be done to check bits, tack etc. Passports must be available for inspection on request. 9. A stallion must have a yellow identification disc on his bridle. 10. A horse/pony may only be ridden by the competitor in the warm-up. 11. A qualified medical person will be on site. 12. In the event that the show is cancelled/postponed, entry fees will NOT be refunded. 13. Horses scratched before closing date: Entry fee refunded. No refund of entry fee for horses scratched after closing date.

Final Championship Competition: 9 December Horse/Rider Combinations need to compete in 4 qualifying shows in order to qualify for the Championship Competition. 4.
